-1	Double Tap With CEOs I meant leadership positions in general, sorry if that didn't come across. You are also taking my comment completely wrong. I never said women aren't capable of those things, they are more than capable. There are just a lot of processes that lead to women needing to defend themselves more and thus making the road to a promotion much harder. -2	Double Tap No? It is not imaginary? There is ton of research where women are seen as less strong leaders because than men, even with similar skills and experience. There are plenty of women owning businesses where men that meet them ask "so where is your boss?", because they can't fathom a women being the business owner. -3	Double Tap I do het what you are saying. But when looking at CEOs for example, it is mostly male-dominated. It is a fact that for women it is harder to ask for a raise or promotion, as women are seen as "difficult" or "nagging". So maybe women het oid the same for a similar job, but getting to a higher paid job and climbing the ladder is quite harder.
