Yes, G-d has blessed many people who are not Jewish and blessing from and a relationship with him are not mutually exclusive to being a Jew. No I wouldn't, I'd also have a problem if my 14 year old son got with an older woman, and I'm not saying that someone guilty of that shouldn't be punished. My view is this, teenagers make mistakes and the system punishes teenage stupidity way to harshly for both males and females. Do I think what she did was wrong? Yes, Do I think she needs to have her life ruined over a moment of teenage stupidity? No. Same thing if the genders were reversed. (according to religious historical documents).
