There’s been a handful of girls who’ve complimented my eyelashes before. Still hold onto that.

They are most definitely ways to misrepresent data and they sure as hell are not the best way to accurately present data. If I was trying to sell you a product and presented you with a graph showing consumer interest over time and it was a massive upward trend between its two best years you’d be much more interested than if I showed you a fairly low line with a slight spike in the middle. Visual representation. Forgive the dogshit drawing, did it in like 2 min using my phone

I think you misunderstood what OP was trying to say. Obviously it’s situational but misrepresenting information using unintuitive y or x starting values is very much a way to manipulate data for your favor. He isn’t saying that it should always start at 0, he’s saying it’s something you should watch out for because it’s a common tactic used to manipulate data. Of course this could just be my interpretation of what OP was saying, but it seems like a valid thing to look out for to me.

Well unless you want to look at 2 millennia (or possibly 13.5 billion years if you really wanna start at 0) worth of data then it’s pretty impractical/useless to start the x-axis at 0

As long as it’s not white, cis, and male, it’s diverse

1st you absolutely can get a boner from any kind of stimulation. 2nd, even if you were turned on, you’d still be a victim of rape. Saying otherwise is like saying a women isn’t a victim of rape because she orgasmed.

Right?? I remember moving away from my old middle school only to hear that a good number of kids that I used to hang out with started having sex in the bathrooms. They were 12 year olds ffs. I was only a year younger when I first started sleeping without my stuffed teddy bear.

Maybe (and this is completely a shot in the dark), women have less successful suicide attempts because they have significantly more help available for them. Maybe it isn’t that guys simply care less about the ones around them then women. Just a thought.

I can only assume that means that higher rape percentages is due to female privilege because females can walk around in whatever they want.

Didn’t google do a whole thing where they went through and found they actually overpaid women for the same jobs?

First off point out the fact that she basically just said men make up most of the prison population because they are more violent, then immediately after said that you can’t assume black people are more violent because they make up the majority of crimes and prison populations.

As I read the response the first thing that came to mind was that South Park episode where the governor has to either veto or allow the gay marriage proposal and says that he’ll make it so that “they’ll have all the same rights as married people, but they’ll be called butt buddies.”

To be fair it goes both ways. Media in general is super radicalizing kids and adults both left and right.

For more info, by law women can’t be arrested after (I think) 6pm.

I read a comment earlier talking about how in metropolitan women do definitely have these legal rights and are substantially better off than men, but in the rural villages a lot of those laws are pretty regularly broken and women are treated like animals. Do you have any insight on that take?

Jesus man. That’s the worst shit I’ve ever heard before. I wish that man good luck for the rest of his years. He deserves that at least.

Ay man it was a joke, no ill will meant against people who abstain, only the ones that try forcefully pushing it onto others. Sorry if I offended you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
