this is not fact at all. i bet if i look at your activity level, it'll be low where it shouldnt be. you need to look at yourself hardcore in the mirror and say "what do you really hope to find in your excuses." its a form of persuasion. you don't have to be born with it (OR more people are "born" with it than you realize) what about those that trained? or those that had it thrust upon them? no, you pretend to be smart with your "survivors bias" as if you know about logic, and then you undo it wi…

why not fuck her hard and fuck her good? eat her pussy and at some point tell her how you're "really picky and that you only want to see about 5% of the girls again, but that you kind of like her bc you feel she gets you." and treat her like a princess without being a pussy. do NOT become needy, over-texting guy.

you're absolutely right, it can be taken down if no one finds value in it. I read like 5 posts and the same problem kept coming up over and over in a different form and I believed you desperately needed to read something like this.

if you could do it over would you make the same choice? And why or why not? I want to without government involvement outside of legal responsibilities of not fucking anyone over and total freedom to experience the the most beautiful places on earth, the most high tech resources "that get the job done and then some," and finest luxury available to us currently and beyond. I like rich dad poor dad, but whats the point of fine cars and great wine if you won't enjoy them atleast as often as you'd …

would you say if its overvalued perhaps shorting them or some other form of options will be well played? I don't mess with stocks. I like to get involved directly with the people. Go find other people's piggy banks of vast resources and swim through it and extract the most value from that transaction as I can because being attached to me is very valuable in of itself. I think such a philosophy could also suit your line of business. But where you pay attention to performance I want to focus on ma…

that's amazing. Real estate - when it's good. it's good. Whether it's RE or business or any kind of investing, what I enjoy finding is the way you can leverage all your fixed costs and transform them into the "well, i dont need to work anymore" experience and figure out what worked and put it in the pile away from what didn't work. and if we can engineer a system that becomes our focus.

I can say i have a knack to find a void for services between 2 parties. is it all "hunch" or is it some sort of processes for you? I can say i have a knack to find a void for services between 2 parties. this knack you have - is it in finding the parties with needs or what would you say are the vital components that bring consistency to your life? And i did a few ventures like that for a decade. Recently working on new projects. i have my own ideas about going at this. I need to accelerate them…

what is pocket money for you? (ballpark) I think renting apartment is an awesome way to create resources ready for you no matter what happens, and can help to grow your other projects.

thank you for the reply. I admire you ability to go on grinds like that, I always felt I had that talent too. I want you to get to that 500k or more....but really, you can make 50k in a month, in some ways this isn't acceptable to me. I'm not arguing against results, but grinding tooth and nail is donkey's work. that's why donkeys don't get wealthy. grinding tooth and nail requires no financial intelligence. To entrepreneur, it's a "slave" work. But to an employee mentality, an entrepreneur is "…
