She had a date with a lady.....Lady Heroin.

Let me know what they suggest. I'm seeing 4000 as the safe upper limit with some initial searching. I'm going to switch from 1k to 3k and see how it goes. Good luck

Find some research, as this was a 1 study kind of thing. Before, there was no limit. I think npr did a story. I settled on 1000 units daily but, 5000, really made me feel so much better. Maybe using it as a booster 1 or 2 times a week wouldnt be terrible. Please let me know if you find more.

Double check about 5000 units a day. I've read it may increase calcium in your blood vessels. Think the new recommended is 1000 for daily use over long periods of time. Hope it's wrong but worth checking.

I had this happen too. 5000 units a day helped snap me out of it. I think no more than 1000 is recommended long term because they believe it can cause calcium deposits in your arteries over time.

And the commercial pop-up on the article? Axe! No shit...keep doing what you do.

Sounds like a good idea for a sidebar to me. My ex definitely thought she would gain by being the one to file but really didn't in the long run. Lost her "he beats me" argument in the 1st round and kept getting more and more pregnant as the 15 months ticked by. Best divorce advice ever is to just stay neutral and think judo. Appear to be compromising, patient and balanced. Although, bitches can drag it out and run up your fees...especially if they don't work and qualify for free representation.

Wow, thanks for the deep insight

I'm a realtor too, she still gets a bite....especially being a sole proprietorship. I was hoping someone has done an awesome prenup that, while fair, spells out off-limit areas. Haven't even moved in together or anything. Just would put my mind to ease knowing i could protect myself from a messy divorce.

I agree, however, marital interest is always hairy in NC. These would be rental properties earning income. If she took half of them, i would never recover the income potential in my lifetime. I have an llc set up but think she still gets an interest since they would naturally go to her if i died.

Anyone know how to keep inheritances safe? I'm divorced and terrified of marrying again then have this happen. Would be mostly property and maybe some cash that i would convert to property. NC is such a douche state on all counts here. (Property is always shared and divorces take forever)

I read a story of the Chinese guy driving to visit him mom in a village. Passed some old woman who'd been hit by a car and ignored her. Got to the village and learned it had been her dying on the road. Not helping seems to be a real thing for folks. Crazy.

I still have anxiety attacks from 5th grade teachers. I know getting past that is tough, being such a young age. Eventually, all those teachers will get old & die. All those bullies will have dick-head bosses, rotten children or bitch-ass spouse to torment them for the rest of their lives. Allow yourself to be free of them and rejoice that you won't be like them.

You completely missed the point of that statement. Go try doing both. https://youtu.be/MJA9O16m1Co

That almost makes sense. If you believe in one, why not the other.

But you got to know the base sandwich to build from. Just messes with me. Some people, its hitting a curveball. Me, its ordering at which which.

Very nice. Which which freaks me out with their order system. I don't like having to select a roast beef sandwich OR a ham OR a veggie. Then you have that big red marker...what if I change my mind. Just let me check off everything I want on the sandwich, not choose life or death

For wiping her mouth? Wtf. There's just something about school being mandatory and a part of the state that doesn't make me feel good about corporal punishment being into their power. Everybody needs at least one good whipping in their lives, just not from a burned out teacher for no reason.

Don't know about whips but they had paddles. One bitch at my school had carved a grove into a small bat. What made it worse/effective was that they turned you to face the class and whooped your ass in front of all the kids you were trying to be cool for. They got to watch you cry and no one else would want to go through that shit. After 2 paddlings, you went to the principal in charge of ass whippings. He was always a he and a big son of a bitch. No one ever went back twice that I remember.

His family should make sure everyone remembers these girls. 10 years from now, they claim they were attacked in college, be right there to tell the judge what they did. The boy shouldn't be the only one suffering life-long consequences.
