Women are incredibly good at distracting men from great achievements. This...

My thoughts exactly. I just got a husky. Definitely man's best friend.

Lot's of red flags but I can sympathize with you. I met a girl and similarly fell for her like you are falling for this chick. I got fucked over. Lesson? Until you make your life outside of her better than it is with her, you will be powerless to resist and are doomed. Limit contact and work on yourself.

Great advise here. I would like to add one thing. Find a male therapist. Women therapists are terrible for men. Depending on where you live you might be able to find a NMMNG certified therapist.

Pretending to be a bad boy is just as needy as being the Niceguy. They are both charades. Being alpha comes from within, develop integrity and become internally validated.

fair enough, I would say my feelings towards women stem more from thinking that they were something that they are not. I use to think that they were the superior gender, I don't anymore. When you worship something and realize that it is not what you thought it was you kinda get bitter. Approval from women only comes after they see that they have no power over you. Only then do you gain their respect. Maybe one day I will think different.

By developing a relationship with yourself. Go on a moratorium from women for a couple months and focus entirely on yourself. Do only what you want. Talk to people only how you want to. You will realize how much of your behavior towards women is needy and directed towards gaining their approval.

All women flake, it's who they are. When you gain a strong frame it will stop bothering you, in fact it now attracts me. I too had SA, I too came across as very arrogant. As I dealt with the baggage that I got as a kid, I began to realize that my SA had more to do with my weak frame, my perception that everyone was judging me, and that I had to say and do everything right. I went on a moratorium from women for 2 months and just focused on doing things that I liked. I signed up for meetup and att…

I have noticed in my life that when I really wanted a relationship it never came. My desire to want a relationship was nothing more than my desire to be loved because I didn't receive that as a child. When I look back and think about it I wanted a woman to love me the way I wanted my mom to love me which is creepy as fuck. Do some soul searching and figure out why you care so much about a relationship. When you don't care, it will come. When you live your life for you and not to be attractive to…

Wow! I went through this about a year ago. I had just been cheated on in my 4 year LTR and wondering what the fuck was wrong with me. At that time I stumbled on NMMNG. After reading the book I decided to sign up for the group therapy sessions. My discoveries during that time were unbelievable. I realized as well that I was just a little boy craving attention and love from a motherly figure. I realized how pathetic my dad was in not teaching me jack shit about life and masculinity. During the tim…

I have recently gotten over SA as well with the help of a good therapist. Never see a woman therapist. They have no clue how to deal with the problems of men. The therapist that I saw was a NMMNG certified therapist. Best thing I ever did

I used to think that I just had a knack for choosing unempathetic women. Now I realize that they are all like that. The best lesson that I have learned from TRP is that women can NOT love you the way you would like them to love you. That's a hard pill to swallow.

So true, I had this happen to me. It was with a woman that I thought was special and unique, that talked all the time about how cheating is wrong, and prided herself on being different than other women. Well this woman drove me into financial difficulty then BAM! faster than you could believe was out.

"Women are like used-car salesmen at an all-night garage sale; they are trying to put the best spin on their used junk in-order to secure the best sales price." Classic.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
