Wait...last time I checked there's no real accessible screening for HPV neither a cure. They don't test for it with regular std tests as I think the test is too expensive so normally people find out they have it if they get genital warts. No way to treat it either I was told, your body eventually fights it off after years and the viral count gets so low it's undetectable.

That's spot on - I used to be closer to 200 but looking a bit puffy. Am now at 190 but much leaner, probably under 15%. Girls notice me a lot more now that I'm lean even if I don't look quite as big in certain clothes plus I just feel a lot sportier. A lot of my friends are gym obsessed meatheads and lot of them only care about size but staying lean is key I think (that is if you care about being sporty and getting more attention from girls).

I always eat haribo after a workout and before my protein shake. Last year when I was bulking I was realistically stronger and with more muscle mass. This year with lots of cycling and less time to eat I've gotten quite lean. Girls are eating it up.
