much easier than you think. Pick place that is very active for them. Get hotel room suites or BNB. Need fridge. If long car ride make stops get snacks. Get entertainment for car ride or airplane. Pick location that has physical actives wear them out. That age they are only good for a couple of hours. Bring first aid kit. Spare clothes forget something head to wally or target. When traveling take pic of kids before travel. if travel to crowded place write your phone number on kids arms. dress kid…

yes your screwed but the longer you wait the more she gets. She cant take the kid out of state. She can take almost all of what you have and will get damn near all by her choice of not working on you allowing it. Been in your shoes. Courts dont give a f about cheating. Drunk driving with kids all the courts want is to see the most money changing hands and to get a chance to manage that money at a charge and the a hole lawyers just want a part of the action most are all buddies and conspire with …

you should be able to file for change income just the same way you could file if your ex started making more money. your ex could end up paying you allmymoney if she is making more income then you. Should just be a clerk fee at court house to file. They will want tax records. hope it helps.

Have her sign legal statement that she will seek any alimony or child support !

don't do it. alimony can go down if they start working or gets married or even moves in with someone. Also goes down if your income goes down. Its bullshit the people still get it in this day and age of total equality.

shes fucking nuts thats why and you are lucky you didnt have a kid in this mess. the kids could inherit her crazy She would use the kid to control you During divorce she would get the kid and you would miss them both She would steal more money from you in the name of the kid.

Dont leave the house. Get a good attorney file first. Start figuring out how much you need just to live each month. Yes all material things will be taken from you. If she was cheating on you once she will do it again. As long as you didnt cheat on her you will find better. Tinder bumble lots of fish out there. F her.

Only circumstance for marriage now are in order of priority, Wife is already finically dependent Not bat shit crazy No PMS or anything close Smoking hot laughs at your jokes Never once tells you what to do or how and when to do it. And that my friend does not exist. Point 2 and 3 kills it.

Believing her when she said her last marriage ended because he cheated on her. Not calling her ex before getting married Not getting prenup Getting married Not ending it first time I caught her cheating Not calling the cops on her when she tried to stab me Not ending it second time caught cheating (for the children) Not getting lawyer first Not filing first Not having enough money to take it to trial Living in a shit divorce county Going cheap on attorney later found out she was ex cordel and co…

Woman file first and claim all kinds shit that gets the guys tossed out. The women and the courts all want the guys to go but leave the wallet.

She will pal. In my case it was all a formula. No matter ex cheated and was under employed. I made more that means I pay and we were married 11 years so formula was I pay half of the what I make for 4 years. Not to mention child support. It’s all about the women and the courts and lawyers know it’s easier to get more money for women then again easier to take it from them.

it dont matter. Go to your counties court site and look up court records on divorce. Look for most popular lawyer listed in cases. DO NOT USE CORDELL OR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THEM!!!!

I am trashing a broken system and I pointed out a stark truth. This can be taken as humor or a rant. Sorry it hurt your butt.

Nope doing fine. Not angry at all. just pokeing fun at the broken system that only works for lawyers /gov social workers and greedy women. In couple of years I will be out of my indentured servitude. I have been through worse.

the whole spousal support is BS and no one should ever be paying it period. You will have to go to court and show imputed income. It will suck and she will get some money from you. The whole divorce process is a racket kept in place by attorneys and the courts who survive off of hard works of others.

He nor they should. It a old bullshit law kept in place by attorneys and government entities that make their living off the hard work of others. Leaches
