You're kids know you do everything. When she does that, go do something for a couple of days. You work from home- so take it with you. Fill your time. She's just playing a game.

Sometimes I don't like my spouse, and it makes me temporarily feel out of love. But, I know that passes. I also would never say this, in any way to my spouse. You shouldn't fight like that, because we are all taught that words cut deeper. She may truly feel like this. She also may have said it to hurt you. Which is better? Neither. You should be concerned either way.

Most people don't figure out who they are until they are 27, so you are right on track! You got married too young, and you will start again. You need to fix your mindset about this. Sure, be sad now, but don't wallow, at this age. You have so much ahead of you! Best of luck.

I'm not saying you aren't supportive, but he may e feels that way. Long term, you wrote the things that happen in a relationship. What is that? You're not intimate. You don't communicate. It's time for total honesty, otherwise it might not get fixed. You don't communicate with each other outside of your comfort zones. You aren't challenging each other. That's not confrontation, it's keeping your standard. It's great you are in therapy, and are getting out. You need to blow out his behavior with …

Based on what you wrote, it seems like you aren't as supportive as you think you are. Maybe this is change that really shows who is. Both of you also seem to just blame not communicating well, rather than actually fighting and nurturing your relationship. I hope he will miss you, and come back wanting to work on things. but, while he is gone try to get into some counseling. Change some things in the house, go out. Go out on a date.

The only thing I would advise is teaching her to treat her half sibling better. It's not the little one's fault her mother is morally flexible.

You are doing the right thing, and your kids will benefit from it. You as well! You will have time to clear your head, decompress, and regroup. Be grateful you have this option. You just need to restructure how you are seeing this. It's positive. You have a family that loves you, and wants to help. A lot of ppl don't have that option.

Stop allowing your kid to be a messenger. Don't even listen to it. You need to move on. Only email facts, and nothing more. Should just be school, medical, and extra curriculars. Don't engage in accusations. Stop discussing your ex with your kid, period. Just move on with your life.

File first, and get an order. She'd try to screw you the moment she could, if you don't do it first.

It's no fault , 50/50, and she won't get monthly alimony payment unless she is disabled. He can be done in 30 days.

Good for you! Looks like you have a lot of leverage. Speak to a lawyer to be sure, but you are golden compared to what might have been. Inal, but she can't claim common law bc she is still legally married to someone else.

You might be able to press charges, if she was truly married. You looked it up, right?

The only way she will get alimony in tx is if she is disabled. Being a bitch isn't a handicap. You'll be fine. Do not give her more than you are required. No one cares if you cheated in tx.

Compressor, maybe this is cold, but how is this your problem? She made declarations- time to go.

No, she has technically fulfilled the contract. It is a gift. You can ask, she can say no.

Stuck? You've already made the decision. Don't know if you ever loved her- but screwed around and are leaving her with two small kids. Yeah, you pretty much decided for everyone.

Well, through history, men were the only ones who were able to advance divorce. It wasn't until the sexual revolution that more women began to file. Men used to automatically be awarded children. Women cast out.

I'm glad you're on friendly terms, but her life needs to be her own to figure out. If I were going for my phD I would never ask my spouse to pay for it, much less, my ex!!

There HAS to be a better solution. I live in one of the most robust spots for real estate in the country, and id find a place in the school district, and leave it up to her to cough up the money to you, or sell. Youre already going to he screwed in splitting retirement. I dont think youre thinking straight.

You have to get ahead of her behavior . Call the school, get the name of photo company- order your own package. Explain to school- totally contentious divorce- have them send double paperwork and announcements to both homes. Also speak to teacher- same info. Anything sent home, send to you. Same at all doctors. They need to contact you immediately if anything if booked. The only way to get her to stop, is to make her useless. This is what we had to do. Once she figured out she wasn't pissing us …

The statistics show that marriage rates are plummeting because ppl are planning less to no children, and the evolutionary need to rely on a husband for stability and security has changed. Humans will always suffer from " it could never happen to us," itis.
