I have a similar situation, where I needed to be able to quickly reference about 2,500 pages of texts and hundreds of emails for several particular divorce issues. If you (or I) tried to organize all the source data now, it's impossible. However, you can use chat prompts(or studio outputs) to find what you need, when you need it.
