What if she thought she had consensual sex and the next day you woke up with no recollection of what happened? What if she was pregnant and she wanted you to pay money for child care? You wouldn't want to because it was nonconsensual sex and you weren't in a frame of mind where you could make a decision you wanted to live with. It works both ways. People need to look out for each other. And I'm not blaming men, I'm blaming rapists.

Contrary to your belief AND popular belief, there's actually nothing wrong with being a slut and the number of people someone's slept with is not a reflection of their character (male or female). Your mom probably wishes she raised you to be able to look past that.

Not really. You could probably ask her what her height is back and she'd answer like it was no big deal. Weight is more intimate a detail for either gender to share. I didn't get this.

I think it works more like "if there's a point where she's too drunk to consent, there's a point where HE'S too drunk to consent". Being drunk isn't an excuse to rape. Can you imagine how fucked up that argument would be in court? What if it was with a sober girl or a passed out drunk girl? "I was too drunk to tell whether she was consenting or not". Doesn't work.

What are you talking about? That's exactly why drunk people shouldn't drive and why drunk driving is illegal AND why sex under the influence is considered rape. Having sex with someone when they're that drunk would be more comparable to putting a drunk person behind the wheel of a car and making them drive. That's wrong.
