What if she thought she had consensual sex and the next day you woke up with no recollection of what happened? What if she was pregnant and she wanted you to pay money for child care? You wouldn't want to because it was nonconsensual sex and you weren't in a frame of mind where you could make a decision you wanted to live with. It works both ways. People need to look out for each other. And I'm not blaming men, I'm blaming rapists.

Um... ACTUAL rapists should probably be treated that way. This video is bullshit and the makers clearly just wanted hits online but rape still happens and it still fucking sucks.

This isn't feminism. This is some assholes trying to get a lot of hits online. There's a huge fucking difference. If you want evidence, look up rape statistics. Those might make things more clear.

I think it works more like "if there's a point where she's too drunk to consent, there's a point where HE'S too drunk to consent". Being drunk isn't an excuse to rape. Can you imagine how fucked up that argument would be in court? What if it was with a sober girl or a passed out drunk girl? "I was too drunk to tell whether she was consenting or not". Doesn't work.

What are you talking about? That's exactly why drunk people shouldn't drive and why drunk driving is illegal AND why sex under the influence is considered rape. Having sex with someone when they're that drunk would be more comparable to putting a drunk person behind the wheel of a car and making them drive. That's wrong.
