I care more about being happy and enjoying life than I do being strong

I like how if I get punched in the face by someone else, a bunch of women will rush in to beat the other person up and protect me.

What's good about being a man, especially if there's nothing remarkable about you? (not being very smart or good looking)

These are real problems that real existing men have to deal with on a daily basis, and they need to be talked about and addressed. Nothing has "happened to this sub", this is where the subreddit needs to be heading. We need to be talking about how to deal with the people society has let down with tactics other than the typical "boohoo, suck it up and be a man."

The common female problem of "my boyfriend is trying to connect with me on an emotional level too much! Ew!" Your brain is irreparably broken.

That you actually choose to believe that women are oppressed in modern society in any way shape of form is such a joke. An even bigger joke is that mainstream society enables your delusions.

Kidney stones. But even if I as a man was required to suffer extremely painful kidney stones at 10 separate points in my life, I still wouldn't use that one thing that happens a few times in my 60 years of life as an example of why being a man is harder. I would use the perpetual loneliness and pointlessness of being a modern man, The fact that no one actually cares about you except your parents (if you're lucky) or your wife (if you're extremely lucky), That people treat you like crap and it's …

This might be a controversial take, but the way I see it is that women are the stronger gender, because while men are inherently stronger, women are more protected by society. For example: you can get punched in the face as a man by the same guy over and over again until you're knocked out cold and people won't care or do anything, but as a woman, if you get punched in the face even once by a man, that man will get fucked up by anyone near by immediately. That's a more useful strength in modern …

Wow, really? If you find any of that cringeworthy then you should be on r/feminism complaining towards them, not here. You won't, because the reality is that you care about women more than men, and want to protect only women from the terror of having their privilege acknowledged.

They aren't tho, I've never even heard of any of these people.
/r/MensRights10/11/21 01:55 PM

I don't believe the MRA movement at large as a problem with that type of rhetoric being used. We just hate female privilege.
/r/MensRights10/11/21 01:47 PM

You're confusing "misogyny" with a distaste for female privilege and disgust for what it's done to modern women. We don't hate women inherently for being women, we hate that they've been significantly damaged by growing up in a society corrupted by feminism among other things, and we think it's important to call it out.

If she actually thinks that porn is misogynistic and victimizes women, then she definitely has an anti-male bent. And this is twox we're talking about, all of them think men are filth, and love to play the victim. The only difference is that people will defend them and validate them, even on this very subreddit apparently.

"Yuck, what an ugly gross shaped bald head!" isn't body shaming? Wtf? Also, women can have alopecia and its usually way worse than what happens to us. There isn't a trend of women being shamed for alopecia, though.

Back when it didn't hate white men and have a rule specifically excluding white men from being protected against discrimination, yes. It'd be nice if we had a space where everyone got along civilly and had that classic sense of community we used to have on this website.
/r/MensRights05/11/21 11:24 AM

He didn't specifically say only women, but one example would be this website, reddit.com. It used to be a chill place 10 years ago back in 2011, a website for white male nerds to have civil discussions where there was a sense of community and belonging. Now it's been bastardized into a place full of gender/identity politics that hates white men.

Here's how it really works: if you post a picture of yourself on the internet and people make fun of you for your looks, they'll be shot down and labeled as misogynist/incels immediately. The same does not apply to men (small penis, height, "face looks like an oblivion NPC", etc) The purpose of saying "women have it bad in this area too!" is to downplay the fact that men deal with very real gendered issues, that are specific to men.
/r/MensRights25/10/21 05:02 AM

Because it's better to be safe then sorry. Doubt all women because yes, modern women are seriously messed up because of the way society has raised them. I know you're actually a feminist supporter and don't give a fuck about men's well-being, but doubting all women is the safest option nowadays. Like crossing the street at night when a man walks by you.

Why do you keep talking about misogyny then? Do you have tourette's and can't stop saying that word? Maybe you should see a therapist to help sort all of your problems out. We hate female privilege here, we don't hate women just because they're women. Go bother feminists in feminist communities about their misandry, instead of wasting your time here talking down to us.
/r/MensRights24/10/21 06:29 AM

Nobody here inherently hates women. We hate female privilege and what it's done to modern women. We hate how badly women get away with behaving these days, we don't just hate women for being women. You'd know that if you were an actual member of this community.

Why is it that feminists never have to deal with these types of comments in their subreddits, when they're the ones who are constantly employing horribly bigoted rhetoric against men all the time, all while laughing in our face? We're the only side who constantly have to check ourselves. We can always "try to be better than them", but my theory is that's why we've lost so many times. We're always trying to be reasonable and empathetic and finding common ground with a group that probably wants al…

Nah, people support women because they like women more than men. That's the crux of the issue and the existence of MRAs. And I hope you go to hell, for your decision to go against MRAs and attack the movement instead of listening and empathizing like you would do with feminists. Maybe then you'll see the error of your attitude and beliefs, or maybe you'll just continue being the stubborn person you are, never changing your beliefs or listening to the other side. Maybe you're just that hopeless.

Sure, I didn't answer your question because I'm a "beta cuck" like you said before LOL, that's totally it. I managed to catch a racist white woman in the wild. This girl has a lot of female friends with BLM tags in their instagram profile. I can link you to her instagram in a PM if you want. https://streamable.com/9qvdrr People support her and tell her that "it's not her fault", no accountability whatsoever. Yet white women get away with racism because they are privileged. That's a symptom of the problem. Also, yeah, I purposely didn't answer your question.

The worst example of female privilege is white women who go online and call black people the n-word, because I fucking hate racism. I've seen so many examples of white women getting away with horrible shit, but this one takes the cake, because the people, the men and women who go to bat for them, are the people who claim to be against racism. Yet they'll make excuses for white women like "she was just drunk" and "she was in a bad place in her life", and completely turn a blind eye when they rand…

Alright dude, have fun being a man-hating feminist. Just remember, men built society, and our problems are more important than women's problems, because we actually suffer in society. Not just made up bullshit like "boohoo wahh, men are oppressing me with their boners and their manspreading!". Women really do bitch and complain about a lot of stupid shit, way more than white men (who have actual problems that need to be addressed) I'm totally "riled up" rn btw :D
/r/MensRights22/10/21 11:06 PM

Unironically uses "beta cuck" as an insult. Not that I needed further proof that you're a sheltered idiot.
/r/MensRights22/10/21 11:02 PM
6

You came into a community, said a lot of dumb shit and got called out, and this surprises you? The fact that people don't take MRA issues seriously is an example of not being privileged, and not being heard. And you take that as an opportunity to further punch down and hurt people who need the most help. This is what evil looks like. And white men are indeed the most oppressed class, and your response is further proof of that. :D
/r/MensRights22/10/21 10:56 PM

Weird how you're passionate and angry enough to get into long arguments in MRA spaces against MRAs, but never the other way around. You never see feminists talking shit in the wild, and think "this really triggers me. I'm going to fucking tell these feminists what's what, because I know better than them." like you're doing here. Only MRAs have to deal with men and women like you. But you guys have never called out a feminist once in your life, and you can't provide any example of you doing so.

Can you link me to some of the arguments you've had on this site where you're equally angry at people for penis shaming? I'm sure you have plenty of examples of them, given your passion for this topic.
/r/MensRights22/10/21 09:11 PM
40

It's manhood shaming. You guys always come up with arbitrary reasons that always amounts to "...so that's why it's always worse when it's being done to women!"
/r/MensRights22/10/21 09:09 PM
8

Not really, pink haired feminists have a huge sway in modern society and the average person will listen to what they have to say and take them seriously. Incels and lonely white men, on the other hand, have to deal with the people like you mocking them and reducing their voice, while being socially acceptable to do so.

People only use the word "hate" when they're talking about men, specifically white men. And you're perpetuating that bullcrap by posting comments like these. Notice how the incel movement completely disappeared when it was banned off of reddit? That's how harmless and ineffectual they were as a group, that being banned off of one website was enough to kill them. Yet that doesn't stop people like you from fear mongering over them, because your fear comes from a place of hate, and a desire to prev…

Where are these men 'waking up' beside fringe communities like r/mensrights? https://old.reddit.com/r/news/comments/q80nxm/toxic_culture_nfl_cheerleaders_demand_release_of/ This entire front page reddit thread is calling out cheerleading as sexist, and everybody in the comments is agreeing with each other like it's just common sense. You can call something harmless that has always existed "sexist", and go completely unchallenged on reddit now. That wasn't the case 5 years ago.
/r/MensRights14/10/21 07:51 PM

No, I don't have empathy for the person who goes "ew, get away from me peasant!". The fact that you think an attitude like that towards other human beings is appropriate in any context (probably only in the context of women/men, right?) is fucking pathetic and gross.
/r/MensRights13/10/21 11:33 PM

You definitely imagined that. Or link to the part where she says that because I'm pretty sure that never happened. Doesn't matter anyway because he didn't do or say anything that justifies acting like a female victim.
/r/MensRights13/10/21 11:31 PM

How about not acting like a female victim and shaming men for simply trying? Why are women never responsible for how they behave and react, and it's always 100% men's fault?

This defeatist attitude is why the Men's Right's movement always falls short. imagine if feminists went: "gee girls, the patriarchy sure is 100% outside of our control, guess we should just stop fighting for our causes and move on."
