Your brain wants porn, drugs, video games and social media. But it is actually asking for a relationship, exercise, purpose and friendship. You need all 4 as much as you need food and water.

The way you overcome anger is transmutation. Run, lift heavy shit. Keep writing all the bad shit inside, it's a good outlet. Even go into detail about the kinds of sadistic shit you might do, that's catharsis. just make sure you burn after writing and not act on anything illegal.

There are also natural ways to raise serotonin. I have been on 5-HTP for years now, cured my seasonal depression and has made me into someone I barely recognize (in a good way), people just want to spend time around me, it's like a vibez thing. It is a precursor to serotonin and it is extracted from natural sources, I think yams is one of them. don't mix it with antidepressant though, it can raise your serotonin too high.
