gym. you have a solid base. 3-4 months of 5x5 with a minor deficit and you will have a decent physique. i would advice you to add some arm and ab work to 5x5 too. edit: i dont advice doing only cardio because my experience with it was really not good. my fat/muscle ratio didnt really change, i just got smaller. i saw the real positive change when i did gym with a deficit.
