One thing I would say is that the journey is tough (the intensity level varies ofc) but once that spiritual fortitude is garnered, you'll feel the relief it brings to your life. Especially with these videos, they're long (some 1 hour long as well). Try your best to watch them attentively and keep at it. If you have any queries or anything, feel free to dm!

Best decision of my life ever. But however, I believed it found me as I was searching for a higher path. I would recommend r/nonduality and checking out Advaita Vedanta (same thing as non duality). Mind-blowing school of thought. Videos of Swami Sarvapriyananda from Vedanta NY on YouTube would help massively but if you want a western approach on the same, Rupert Spira or even Alan Watts is a good resource.

Mate, I had a similar journey, I discovered TRP at 15 tho and took me a year to give it up (though I wasn't fully committed anyway). I'm 18 now and these are the things I stumbled upon that helped me a lot: I would recommend r/pornfree , r/Mewing, gymming if you're interested. Books like no more mr.nice guy and models by Mark Manson are valuable books I've stumbled upon. Spirituality is a very good domain to discover again, only if you're interested. Good luck!

Introversion is not a bad thing is the time is well-channelized. Use that part of you to learn skills, meditate (learn proper techniques beyond mindfulness if you can), yoga (kriya yoga helps a lot), read books, reflect on yourself and so many such things. Don't neglect people but also remember, you can't be comfortable around others if you're not comfortable with yourself. Don't escape with the time you spend alone through games and shows and stuff but also use it wisely.

But it's inevitably within university no? Unless you pick someone up elsewhere. Also, what about the second part of the questio, would that work?

She would still likely see him often considering were in the same uni, wouldn't that make shit worse? Would a breakup in person followed by some sort of text afterwards to make sure that there is proof that it ended amicably, work?

I would sit them down and firmly establish my boundaries and explain the consequences of them not being respected. It's about explaining why you don't like what their doing in a way that is non compromising and yet firm enough. Follow this with agree and amplifying whenever necessary.

Do check out the Mandukya Upanishad by Swami Sarvapriyananda - he explains this exact same concept which is incredibly mind-blowing

This is the post I was gonna write. I'm in literally, and I mean literally the same boat with the same understanding of the world. However, it is awfully confusing wherever you go from here because the notion is against mainstreaness that it is hard to find resources to guide you from here.

Rookie here, what do you do in the meanwhile? Hit up other chicks and invite them to a dance? Talk to the bartender? Talk to other people in the bar? I feel like all of these actions would be very short-timed, considering if she says yes to him.

Agree and amplify but make her know you're agreeing and amplifying. Also be outcome independent. This is just what I would do.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
