Married posters, how old were you when you got married?21, he was 23. Before you ask - we were both done with college, both had professional careers (him in finance, me in education). We had known each other since we were 11 & 13. We both skipped a year of school. Bought a house in the suburbs the year after we were married and had our first (and only) child 5 years after marriage. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/06/18 12:24 PM
Resource Roundup! Help us find the best RP (and related) content out thereI LOVE Twist Me Pretty for makeup, style, & hair. She’s Mormon (I’m not) but I love the beauty standards/goals Mormon women uphold. I also love Rachhloves for beauty. She’s Catholic but you never really hear anything religious from her. | /r/RedPillWives | 18/06/18 12:04 PM

Accountability thread! What did you do to make your home a better place today?Nothing today! Took our son to swim lessons and now he’s laying on me for his nap (he’s 7 months and wants to be Velcro’d to me!!). We will do dishes, make dinner, organize, etc. after nap! | /r/RedPillWives | 14/06/18 04:12 PM

21, I'm still unable to find a relationshipIf I was on a first date and my date got drunk, it’d be an immediate turn off. I’d get off social media and drop the bar/clubbing dates. Try Match if you feel you can’t meet someone in person. There will be people in your age range. There’s also nothing wrong with dating someone slightly older. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/06/18 09:04 PM

Will You Change Your Name?I just didn’t like sitting at the DMV or social security. 😂 | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/11/17 01:14 AM
Will You Change Your Name?I changed. Always planned to! It was annoying to do the paperwork/jump through the legal hoops but it was totally worth it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/11/17 11:33 PM
What do you ACTUALLY wear around the house?Same! We are in South Florida and I've really just been raised to be comfortable inside the house since it's hot and we are all beach bums. Further, I'm also 37w preggo. Currently I'm in a tank top and underwear. That's it. Makeup comes off when I get home from work and unless we are going out, it stays off over the weekend. Hubby doesn't seem to mind. In fact, I think he prefers this minimal clothing approach! ;) As for as what I wear to bed - nothing. Weekend attire is usually a normal outfit … | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/10/17 09:48 PM
Out of monk mode! Newly dating with his birthday coming up?Card, dinner, and some extra loving (if you're there) are a great birthday gift - any year! | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/10/17 10:21 PM
Help this young lost poor soul with some adviceI totally understand wanting to do plan and control as much as possible given what you've witnessed with your mom! Just remember: you are not her, she is not you. This guy may be the one and your dreams together may totally come true. But, if it doesn't, your future will just take a different course. Your therapists advice about exceptions/the future is spot on. Sending you positive vibes! | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/10/17 01:05 AM
Help this young lost poor soul with some advice18 is so young - I know, I know, you must be sick of hearing that. You are sure he's the one. And, he very well may be. But, he may not be. And things don't always go according to plan. I think you'll find that the best approach is just to let this unfold naturally while pursuing your education and keeping an open mind. Your feelings about being indebted to your mom are justified and I think continued therapy is a smart idea - honestly, therapy is great for everyone (just having someone unbiased… | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/10/17 12:50 AM
We're planning to take the next step sexually, any romantic advice?Don't OVERPLAN. Too much stress and pressure on you both. Get some pretty lingerie and be open to anything. Then, just let it evolve naturally. | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/10/17 09:31 PM
Pregnancy SexWe are practically twins. I'm 32w preggo with a boy and have gained 12lbs too! Hubby and I are struggling with penetration. We cannot find any position that's comfortable AND enjoyable. We've resorted to lots of oral sex and touching. It's not ideal but it works. We both miss pre-pregnancy sex but keeping things as active as we can has been a wonderful thing. Highly suggest going down this avenue - your bump doesn't even have to be involved! Good luck and best wishes! | /r/RedPillWomen | 19/09/17 09:27 PM
ENGAGED AND MARRIED RPW - How old were you when you got engaged?Got engaged at 19 (hubby was 21, graduated from college, and had a profession); married at almost 22. We grew up together and I had known him since I was 11 so we were unique. People were shocked we were engaged so young but it worked for us. Happily married almost 5 years later with our first baby on the way. :) OP - good luck! Don't rush or push things... stick to your wait it out quietly plan! | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/09/17 08:58 PM
Do you think it's reasonable to expect to be the closest woman in your SO's life?I would not be okay with my hubby having a female closer to him than me. Not ever. My hubby is close with his mom and close enough with his sister which I LIKE and admire. But, I'm his #1. Just how he's mine! | /r/RedPillWomen | 18/09/17 08:53 PM
Why Frumpy Makes You GrumpyWhat a great article! Very timely for me as I'm due to have my first baby in November and am SO tired already. Of course, this is a great reminder in general - frumpy feels terrible. And, it's not that hard to put on putting clothes or a swipe of mascara or lipstick. Loved this! Thanks! | /r/RedPillWives | 18/09/17 08:52 PM
Can’t seem to forget....Yes No No but knock it off - that guy did you wrong and you seem to have a good thing going now!! | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/09/17 06:46 PM

Ladies, what is your personal style that helps you feel your most feminine in?Her evening wear is STUNNING. If only I had more places to wear such gorgeous pieces!! Oh, definitely try one. I don't know if they're a thing where you are but we've had a bunch of blow dry bars pop up in the last 4 years... they only do blowouts and are reasonably priced. One can last me a week! It's a treat for sure - I can never make my at home blowouts look as good as the professionals! | /r/RedPillWomen | 14/09/17 12:10 AM
Ladies, what is your personal style that helps you feel your most feminine in?This is a fun thread! I live in South Florida and tend to wear a lot of Lilly Pulitzer. It's popular here, I love the colors, and the way certain pieces fit. I feel like Lilly vibes with my personality and is inherently feminine. If I'm not in Lilly, I like to try to mimic Kate Middleton's classic, feminine wardrobe - especially her more relaxed, less structured dresses. I also adore her casual clothes - striped tops, dark skinny jeans, a good clutch. I know those styles are opposites but I like… | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/09/17 11:42 PM
FinancesI get it. Does he actively parent? Does he help you? How is your relationship aside from this hidden debt/potential addiction? | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/09/17 09:55 PM
FinancesExactly this. Red flags abound. And I'm not one to advocate leaving often. This sounds like a disaster that can only get worse given his attitude and apathy. Go girl. | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/09/17 05:41 PM
Connecting LocallyLet me know how it is when you go! Very curious! | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/09/17 11:31 AM
Connecting LocallyNo advice - but I feel your pain. Wish there were some fun, like minded ladies near me! | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/09/17 08:56 PM
Does a man's N-count matter to you?I think I'd be wary of a very high count only because I'd feel like we didn't share the same values. Hubby and I have dated since high school & only have slept with each other so I don't really have experience to go on though. | /r/RedPillWomen | 11/09/17 08:20 PM
Thoughts on bringing other people into your sex life?Sounds like a bad plan - lots of hurt feelings & confusion on the horizon but perhaps that's just me. I know this wouldn't work for my husband and I. At the end of the day, you two are the only ones who can decide this and I think the decision should be made after much thought and discussion. Wishing you the best! | /r/RedPillWomen | 09/09/17 02:50 PM
Please, don't become this woman. Swallow the Red PillGreat points. I have two very good girl friends who have essentially sold their souls to their career and are consistently upset about being single/having no work/home balance. It's upsetting as a friend to watch them be sad; I try to encourage them to engage fully with the dating scene! | /r/RedPillWomen | 08/09/17 09:04 PM
Fly Lady - What Are Your Thoughts On This System?Maybe I'm in the minority, but her methods kinda overwhelm me. I do appreciate the shine your sink and make your bed (our bed is always made, some days I get to the sink part). But, I've found that having a schedule that's based more on our needs (based on rooms that are used more, etc) works better and doesn't feel as terribly regimented all while getting stuff done! | /r/RedPillWives | 07/09/17 09:25 PM
Daddy in delivery?I'm due in about 60ish days. Definitely plan on hubby being in the room with me. I need him and I know he'll want to be there! | /r/RedPillWives | 07/09/17 07:42 PM
To those of you who wake up early, how in the world do you do it?I teach and get up at 5:30 every morning. If I don't go to sleep around 9:30, getting up is miserable. I am pretty good about hearing my alarm - because I can't be late, lol - and then immediately make myself get up and go. It sucks. I'm pretty sure the secret is going to bed at whatever time it will take you to feel human in the morning - even if it feels like you're a grandma! ;) | /r/RedPillWomen | 05/09/17 10:17 AM
My boyfriend gave me an inappropriate giftI think this is wise advice! I'd be annoyed with the gift but would let it slide and try to make the best out of it. If this type of behavior is a regular thing, I'd be concerned. If not, I'd try to forgive and move on. | /r/RedPillWomen | 04/09/17 12:25 AM
Brag About Your Man!Hubby laid the new flooring in the nursery (due in November) and it looks amazing! He picked out the wood, learned how to lay it (thank goodness for YouTube), & knocked it out in a day. He's a hard worker & always so positive. I'm a lucky girl! | /r/RedPillWives | 30/08/17 08:28 PM
How should a RPW handle life once she becomes an adult?College is absolutely a good thing as these other ladies have stated. You will cultivate new hobbies, learn about yourself, get a degree. You have time. Plus, who knows who you'll meet at college!! | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/08/17 09:54 AM
Waiting for Engagement before having sex. Unrealistic?I have to agree. OP, if you are looking to marry a religious guy, it's do-able. If not, I think you are limiting your options greatly (even if you don't mind if he isn't a virgin). Of course, there are always exceptions but I think you'll be hard pressed to find a guy willing to stick around. | /r/RedPillWives | 27/08/17 05:36 PM
