She was concious, how the hell does the guy know she is blackout drunk, when he was drunk as well? If you drive a car drunk, you "consent" to driving a car, how does that not absolve you of any responsibility, but the other case does? Simple logic my friend. I also know a lot of people who are circumcized due to religion... it's not like I don't have any experience with the practice at all, but is circumcision necessary? If someone has a phimotic penis, circumcision is necessary. If not, why bother? It's an unnecessary practice and just like any operation has a (albeit small) risk of infection.

It has many good points, but still blames women in general.... especially this part Thankful that, for the vast majority of history, men ruled the world. I have foreskin and "properly cleaning" it is not really that hard.... you stand in the shower and wash your man parts.... just like circumcised people do... As I understand it, in the US you press charges to get your case. In germany it's more of an automatic process. If someone hits your car, you get money from them whether they want to or not. You can sue them for emotional trauma, but no one actually does this... when such an action is taken, it's done by lawyers when there is actual emotional trauma (stalking, rape, etc...).
