| 1 | Why is the general consensus on reddit that this subreddit is horrible and sexist? This may have already been said. But it is because of the people that often talk about real issues as if they are a joke and as if there are more important then other issue. There are some people that comment and post on this subreddit that post things about hating women and negative things about women. Which is not what this sub is about. A lot people take serious issues and make them a joke. We are not here to say that other groups of people do not have issues we are here to say that issues th… | /r/MensRights | 09/06/15 04:38 PM |

I think spreading of mens rights is important and I think if someone want to say something (even like this) I think it should be welcome with open arms. Thats the problem, from a legal standpoint if didn't commit rape and you have prove of that you did not are fine. However the social repercussions of false rape charges are much higher. If you are charged with stealing and are found not guilty people WONT think of you as a thief. If you are found not guilty of rape, people WILL think of you as a rapist. | /r/MensRights | 02/06/15 01:04 PM |
| 20 | I was denied access to a bike shop becasue I was a male. Am I right to be offended? This exactly. I will not say men have the hardest time out of every group out there because well we dont. BUT there are legitimate issues that deserve attention (custody for example) and people like that make these legitimate issues look like a joke and this is why, when I tried to do a presentation on mens rights for a school project I got laughed and told my points were illegitimate. Seriously, people like this make everyone who is trying to actually do something about real issues like an assh… | /r/MensRights | 29/05/15 03:51 AM |
