Thats the problem, from a legal standpoint if didn't commit rape and you have prove of that you did not are fine. However the social repercussions of false rape charges are much higher. If you are charged with stealing and are found not guilty people WONT think of you as a thief. 20	I was denied access to a bike shop becasue I was a male. Am I right to be offended? This exactly. I will not say men have the hardest time out of every group out there because well we dont.
