I'm not saying I support her at all or even think she's right... But you're really rock in ad hominem here. A persons appearance doesn't impact their argument.

It is life. I was just saying that the 10 year for parole option was kind of... still excessive. lol

Thanks for saying this... also how he neglects to address standards, and instead simply says the individuals are "assholes." That very well may be the case, but there's probably a sociological reason for it... it's like he thinks feminism is just about women being too sensitive, or is it just me?

It's still too much, but I would argue more people would get behind the charge if it was a man simply because he is a psycho brute child molester, etc. In either case, I'd go like 10 years tops, and mandatory therapy. Instead the judge just rolls out the "it's the way the system works lol" card... kinda makes me sick.

This was excessive... although it's very possible the child was molested further and we're not hearing about it. Still, 10 years itself is just too much. Edit: it also doesn't help at the end the judge just rolls over with "this is the way the system works so good luck." Even if we reverse the sexes in the scenario given, it's still just too much. If the defendant had abuse as a child and it was projected onto her own daughter, she really needs therapy, not prison...

He wasn't signed to the NFL, just being trained at the top which is good. I hope he makes it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
