It doesn’t mean to literally explain like 5, it is a figure of speech to keep it short & simple. Whenever you are teaching a newbie, you have to trade off intricacies for simplicity so that he understands the concept. The words sound like absolutes only to a newbie. The problem is that the first time TRP readers wouldn’t get the message then. These are the guys who have been forced BP down their throats.
