| 1 | How to avoid becoming beta while working with a lot of women and gay guys?Feelings are feelings man. No one can really give anything other than an opinion on them. It sounds like you might need a change of environment. The people and conversations are not your thing from the sound of it. I'm a straight acting gay man in the states and I'm 30. I don't care for those types of people, however I have no I'll will towards them. I simply tune it out when I can't leave the area. Feeling exist for a reason man.
