Definitely be done, also consider that people are confused. You may see what you want and it's clear sometimes but it isn't always for everyone. I met some one and it seemed like from her sexy talk she wanted a hookup, so things went pretty fast but I wanted a relationship thinking she wanted a hookup, but she wanted a relationship,so after some confusion we stayed together anyways. Or he may be in some serial date/sex pattern using the app and he doesn't even see or care about the pattern.anywa…

Anyway you probably didn't do anything wrong is the point. But it sucks if you had your hopes up. People someone might say maybe he is too busy but when were you too busy for someone you were really into ? Some people are getting contacted a lot so they just sample and move on, he probably feels like at least he took you on dates so it's not so bad. If he contacts you in the future just know whoever didn't work out and he thinks he can order you up like a pizza.

Because some one else caught his interest. It sucks but it's just how dating goes.

Online a man has no status other than looks, he has no story or narrative for a woman to project her hopes onto. She has to think you're her "type". If you're average looking these are the things that make you more attractive. If you're a good writer you can get some of that across on a profile but it's much easier in real life. I met my current gf doing cosplay after years of OLD. I met a woman more beautiful than any I met online by dressing up as Batman. She was hooked.

That doesn't sound toxic, a little remote but that's ok.

Ignore her, she went after another guy and got rejected. She'll only bail on you at the next opportunity. If you see her be nice but brief.

Look up some basic relaxation and meditation exercises to combat your anxiety. Just as with physical exercise it has to become a regular practice and you'll get better at it. There's nothing wrong with you, stuff like this happens to everyone at some point.

I know of a dude who did this. There was some mistake, I think he did not follow through after the surgery with physical therapy or something. Anyway he's probably gonna spend the rest of his life with leg braces and crutches. He was 5'11" to begin with but he wanted to be taller. Dont do it.

That's not something guys do. That guy wasn't a friend. Your dating history sounds like a lot of people's just don't give up.

Prolly trippin but go for it anyways. Be aware she can be a totally nice person but still view everything as a transaction, that's just survival skills in her world.

Mostly when people say let's be friends with no follow up it's a nice let down. But she is including you in things so it could be more, I would check it out, abundance mindset, outcome independent, all that.

So my sister used to say she could tell women that had no brothers because they couldn't take teasing, she said they don't get men. I'd say she was about right.

She disrespected you and she sounds like a horrible human. Just let it go because almost any conflict with a woman is lose/lose for the man. They know this so they will always escalate. Unless you have something at stake just walk away. You did the right thing and you controlled your emotions and explained yourself well.

Bail. Don't make the same mistake I did. A year later and this woman I once dated would still get visibly upset the other dude dumped her, and it really ground her gears that he moved on happily. She just got me to shield her insecurities and show off to her friends. Plus he was wealthy, trustafarian could take a month to do Burning Man, or drop 5 stacks at REI for a camping trip. I couldn't compete with that. The moment she found a better lifeboat she was gone.

I believe the stock reply to that is " What makes you think I want to have sex with you tonight ?" .

Meaningless harsh criticism. If anything the girl was jealous you went on your own and had a romantic evening with an attractive foreign stranger while she was sitting around getting drunk with the same old. She was just trying to put down your experience, not a great friend.

Give some examples. What did you say before they hung up ?

It was long ago. I had a classmate, we had talked a bunch and hung out a little. I brought her the flowers and just gave them to her and didn't really stick around I didn't want to make a big deal just like " have a great day" Then she dropped that class and ignored me when I saw her next. It was ice cold, man. But it was also just rejection and if you want to get something you have to risk it. So if you can be prepared for rejection go for it and get it over with. But not if it's gonna screw up…

For a "crush" ? No. I've done this... it did not go well. If you already have a vibe with her or you're good looking maybe. But in general buying them things just says you think you're not good enough to be liked without buying them things.

Correct the real test comes when you have to apply the knowledge to reality and use critical thinking and interpersonal skills. You can know everything about blood pressure but what if grandpa doesn't trust medicine or doesn't understand or forgets. Your knowledge doesn't do anything if you don't have the interpersonal skills to show respect and get respect and thereby get compliance.

Research has shown about 60% of people who have insomnia can be helped with meditation and relaxation exercises instead of medication. There's a ton of stuff available for instructions around the internet. I learned from a person when I was a kid. Essentially you do a daily practice for a few minutes and get used to getting yourself in a very relaxed state. While in that state you have a phrase or visualization you repeat in your head. Later recalling that phrase will help you get into that deep…

People, well women say this all the time in OLD and I'm wondering what big intellectual problems are you solving that I need to equal you? Like what do they think is a big demonstration of their intellectual prowess? A doctor, ok that's something. But most of these people have nothing , zero to prove any real intellectual chops.

It was the suggestion that she has any agency in the situation that enraged her. The idea that she could or should do anything would imply something was expected of her. Or maybe she is the author of her own fate and her unhappiness is not "men's fault".

If I gave you one more piece of advice it would be talk to every woman possible. Not flirt or hit on, just talk. To learn more about women and get used to talking with them when there is no romantic tension. They can tell you what they expect from men, and you will get better at talking to women. Maybe you're already good with that. Hope you have a great day too brother.

Here's the thing, you're still the best judge because you're standing right there. There's no formula for human interaction when people aren't even honest with themselves. Look at people who are together for years then one says "i'm done" poof. You can't predict what people will do, that's why we respect people who have been loyal. But we do that looking at their past actions, not asking them how loyal they are. For example if she says she is interested but never seems to have time she is not be…

"Actions speak louder than words", do you know why people say that? Because people are not good at understanding their own feelings and motivations and even worse at talking about them. Don't ask people how they feel just ask them what they want to do with you, hang out ? fine. If you're not sure about how you feel just say that, "I don't know" is sometimes a smarter answer. How do you feel ? "I'm not sure but we can talk about it." Focus on actions because by contrast someone can say they like …

You shouldn't apologize for the things that make you happy, everybody needs a break. The fact that she doesn't see this, isn't capable of seeing it means she doesn't really care about you and what makes you happy. As long as it's not harming other aspects of life, video games video games are awesome especially these days. I'm on my second playthrough of The Witcher 3 now, how you like that silver ?

I guess this guy never heard of a false accusation, divorce or emotional abuse. There are plenty of other ways abuse can occur than physical beatings, and women outrank men in every one of those.

The first part is pretty great especially when you're young, everything is new and you imagine they're this great person that they're not and they imagine you're this whole solution to their problems that you're not, but you believe it. This goes away after a while and definitely as soon as she moves in. Go over to r/deadbedrooms and read the stories of people trapped in a loveless marriage, often with a spouse who tells everyone how great their marriage is all over social media. Now it doesn't …

You are incorrect, at least in my state. If her name is not on the lease and she left it in your house you can put it on the sidewalk, You are under no obligation to watch over other people's property. You can't keep it though. I called the police to confirm this when I caught my ex cheating. She was out of town, with him, when I found out, I didn't let on I knew. I changed the locks and let her come home to a locked house with a goodbye letter on the door. I let her know her stuff would be on t…

Don't be outraged or emotional about it, just go to campus security or whatever and report her. And tell her you did that, and she might be expelled you don't know or care, she'll shit her pants. Make sure to laugh like it's all a big joke to you and you think it's funny, Amused Mastery. If she gets expelled fine, if not also fine. If you slapped her she would make it her life's mission to ruin you and tons of people would join her side in self-righteous anger.

I like to inform people obviously downvoting me that I did NOT downvote them. I do not downvote things just because I disagree with them , I only downvote comments that add nothing, are only drama, or just hijacking to a series of media references. I like to think I'm showing them their pettiness. Why did you abandon the accounts? people put that much grief on you? how badly were you harassed?

That's how I see it too. I'm doing alright, I can spare a few. If I was homeless I'd want to be drunk too. Who knows how he ended up there? They don't know anything about him, but they assume the worst. People are just more sympathetic to women. Thanks for your reply.

How disappointing, and you knew they would have rebuked you for your actions. What a disturbing lack of empathy. Did you lose respect for your friends or feel less attracted to the girl? If you found yourself unemployed, and homeless, maybe even ill would they help you ? Or turn away to more entertaining "friends" ?
