4	Coffee. Is it worth cutting it? Does it help you or not? Quite simply, yes. Cutting out all forms of mind altering substances, no matter how small, will do you great good over the long run. Caffeine is known to contribute to anxiety, as well as making you fatigued before your "first cup of the day." Overall not worth it. I switched to decaf 6 months ago and never looked back. Same benefits from the coffee itself minus the caffeine. Slightly lower is Southeast Asia, however I'm sure you can find a stunner there. Lastly is Western Europe, which at this point is very much hit or miss. In general, avoid big cities, as they are usually are ultra-liberal, degenerate, hypergamous cesspools.
