Is it on Tinder? Yes? Then it's fake. Either a catfish, time waster, troll, social experiment, or whatever else.

Without exception, every woman I saw on Seeking Arrangements was really unattractive. And you can tell none of them want to lift a finger, unless it's to cash checks. I'd be fine with a sugar relationship if the above two points weren't true. It would make perfect sense - I don't feel like dealing with the usual dating BS, and I'm putting away more money than I know what to do with. Also, why own when I can lease new every year or two? But they don't want to add any value to their side of the va…

I read the law as it exists in my state of New Hampshire, and it explicitly mentions living with the mother, & being involved in the first 2 years of the child's life as potentially leading to legal paternity. At least there's a test to pass, and the law itself is on your side if a court rules in a manner inconsistent with the law. I'd give up the first 2 years if it made the difference between having a kid I wanted, or having none at all. But, as with all things in a gynocentric society, it sho…

As far as I know, it's an original idea of mine. I certainly have never heard of it being done. You'd be navigating the Universal Parentage Act, assuming your state has passed it, so it would be important to understand the full text before proceeding.

Depressing to think of how I've spent my entire life up to this point struggling to reach 7 figures, and a woman can do the same just by manipulating the right man.

The only way I can think of to maybe avoid child support would be to donate to a sperm bank and have her go get it from there, waiving her rights to child support in the process. And I feel like even that could possibly be made to backfire somehow. The idea is that you'd be the child's biological father, but not the legal father. This is the only way I'd ever consider having kids.

Nothing in the sentence says these people need to brutalize each other in prison. But the fact that they do, means we were right to lock them away from society. For the sake of innocent people who get convicted, I wish it weren't so. But for people who tortured a 3 year girl to death? They deserve whatever happens [to them in prison]. edited for clarity.

Biggest benefit in my opinion would be sending a loud, clear message that paternity fraud will never go uncaught. No amount of emotional manipulation and abuse from her or her family or friends will result in you NOT finding out the truth, and she will know this, and most importantly, needs to act accordingly from the outset.

Duluth model is a great example of how "the road to hell is paved in good intentions." A better way to reduce violence against women would be to make sure violence isn't our one and only recourse against female abusers ruining our lives. The system needs to hold women accountable, always.

It's possible to push back using their own tactics against them. Just today I had a meeting consisting of 12 women (the relationship managers, account managers, etc.) and 4 men (the technical specialists). The women want their lives made easier this year by not having to do manual entry of a ton of data leading up to Jan 1. I told them it's "a little late in the game to be changing the system but we can put it on the agenda for next year" - a line I've heard from countless women. This was accept…

Funny, the ordinary sites are all as debased as that Seeking Arrangements thing. I leave a profile up on there and it seems to gather a lot of attention. Never paid them any money, so I have yet to read a single message, of which I've gotten hundreds. I enjoy wasting all the womens' time, because that's what women did to me my whole life. Funniest part is that a lot of the girls on there are fatties. Like, do they not get that the arrangement is two sided? The attractive ones certainly don't; ju…

If every man protested the low quality of potential mates (this includes the "attractive" ones) by quitting these services, the women would have to actually change to be more desirable. The rare occasion where a man goes on and decides to give one of them a chance, he'd have a decent partner ready and waiting for him. Simple supply/demand economics. But for some reason, most men are too stupid for this. Any girl who isn't obese has hundreds, or thousands of dudes swiping right on her. What could…

Interesting thought. I'm reading up on it, and it sounds like the whole "duress" angle can be leveraged to force an annulment, rendering the entire marriage legally non-existent. I wonder if anyone has pursued this idea. If any of us knows a man being threatened by divorce, we should encourage him to set a new precedent!

Best thing you can do is teach a kid to make himself rich. Something given has no value. Gotta earn it.
/r/MGTOW10/08/20 06:57 PM

Just having a kid puts your entire life in the hands of the family court. They can order you to pay huge sums to attorneys, "experts" and mediators, or of course to the mother as support payments. To that end, they can order you to sell your assets (including your home). Crucially, the mother will have an attorney that you pay for, on top of paying for your own attorney. Meaning that you have zero leverage - any time she wastes in court costs you and you alone, dearly. And her attorney will be e…

I'm pretty sure the vast majority of Onlyfans girls are charging like $7/mo and generally have 10 subscribers or fewer. I met one girl who had a whopping 1 subscriber, while charging $5/mo. Nothing unattractive about her, but the market is so saturated that very few are eking out a living doing it, let alone getting rich. I say every girl should sign up, so she gets a first hand look at how not special she is.

So much value in this advice. I did something similar with daily meetings that were driving me up a wall at work - I want to be out hiking in the afternoon, not discussing topics that mostly aren't even relevant to me. So I sent an email out requesting that we extend them from an hour, to 90 minutes because "I feel we still have a lot of momentum at the end of the calls". By the following week, the daily meetings had been cancelled. Just gotta make the other guy hate it more than you do.

Anti-male bias in the justice system is so steep that we really need legislative remedies. Penalties for police not enforcing laws against women, liability for prosecutors with anything resembling a track record of anti-male bias, mandatory minimum sentences for women. Look at what we have now. 92% of inmates are men. We will NEVER overcome that level of bias without making changes to the laws.

Get some secured debt. Credit card or credit line, either should work. The bank/credit union risks little or nothing because you let them hang onto a bunch of your cash as collateral. Suddenly your credit report shows you've got a whole load of available credit, and your utilization is low. Credit score goes up real quick, then get a "real" credit card, and get your money back.

She had noticed during parent time with her son that he “acted like he was afraid of Mrs. Vanderlinden,” the lawsuit says, and that he had injuries including bruises, cuts and a broken arm “in a location uncommon to normal broken arms in children.” She alleges the agency allowed the boy to remain in the home and told Shelby Call “to quit reporting the abuse or they would terminate her visits with her son.” So the state takes a kid from his mom and puts the kid with known abusive foster parent an…

The last girl I had interested in me actually wound up choosing a drug dealer over me. I guess he was a "high up" dealer and this equaled status in her mind. I'm a database engineer in mid-30s, 6 feet tall, own and manage several rental properties, self-made millionaire and traveling the world half the year.. apparently drug dealer status trumps this though. Oh, did I mention it later turned out "he was abusive"? SHOCKER!

Wow, offering a 100,000 euro signing bonus while tossing out all male applicants. This pisses me off. Everyone needs to stop giving money to the schools that do this shit. Men get it, their college enrollment is declining. Those of us responsible for hiring also need to pay attention to these degrees, for negative consideration. Every one of your factors is way too generous, but yes. The reality is she thinks very highly of herself, and has probably filtered out more like 99.9% before even considering the man's position on anything at all. Worth noting that men as a group disproportionately suffer at the hands of police far worse than blacks as a group, but for some reason they want to make it a race issue, not a gender issue. Well, if there's any kind of merit based consideration in the hiring process, expect these female-only positions to remain vacant. Its not that deadly tbh. The infected are quite literally drowning in their own mucous. It's enough to kill some healthy people in their 20s with no confounding medical conditions. Most of the ill thus far have had access to hospital ventilators, but that won't be the case for much longer. This is not a fun thing to get, not for anyone. His effective tax rate could be as much as 30%. That means he gets to live on 20% of his pre-tax while she gets 50% of it. If they had more kids, she would get even more. If she had stayed at home and earned no money during the marriage, the alimony alone could've been as high as 50% of his gross on its own, to say nothing of child support. His share of his own income approaches zero.

Okay I just looked up alimony in my state and it's 30% of the difference in gross incomes. My effective tax rate is 30%. Child support for 3 kids costs the non-residential parent 40% to the residential parent. And if she quit her job to be a stay at home mom, then she gets the full 30% of my gross as alimony for that. 30% tax + 40% child support + 30% alimony = 100% of my paycheck goes to her as income, or taxes paid on said income I would be completely ruined. Divorcing for anything less than physical abuse was unthinkable. But take away the disincentive to divorce, and suddenly it's too attractive a prospect not to consider. In Barrera v . Trevino, a dude in New Mexico was paying child support for a kid that didn't even exist. He persuaded the NM child support enforcement agency to investigate, and they fucking ruled in favor of the mom, for a child that existed only on paper. That's how fucked up the system is..

overall prosperity, on an individual level, has unarguably crashed. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/MEPAINUSA672N Median inflation adjusted personal income has risen in the last 50 years. Hardly what I would consider a crash. What numbers are you basing your "unarguable" claim on?

My last tech job had a female general manager who called all the shots. She had no prior tech experience, and she couldn't make a sound long term decision to save her life. Everything was bandaids, putting out fires. This one feature works fine for 99% of clients, but this one loud obnoxious customer that's never satisfied says they're leaving because of X and suddenly it's all hands on deck to work on X, never mind if it made any sense to do so. She squandered all opportunities and managed to a…

I'm more concerned about the immigrant culture than the economic impact. Lower wages are a temporary effect - as a country becomes more productive, overall prosperity rises, and there is room enough for everyone to make more. But if the people coming in are violent, lawless, religious zealots, whatever the case may be... you allow enough of those in and eventually that's gonna be your culture. Do I want to live in Mexico or Iran? Hell no! In Mexico I'd be kidnapped for profit, in Iran I'd be pus…

I see it as the difference between people who see themselves as human, and therefore prone to other human mistakes, and thus capable of learning from others' mistakes without personally making them... vs those who think they are somehow special, can do no wrong, and will only learn when reality slaps them in the face (and possibly not even then). Can you imagine living life like that?

No offense but you sound really weak willed.. the divorce strap-on is still halfway up your ass, but you're already pondering conditions that will lead to you getting married again. Why? What earthly purpose does it serve? Marriage is an imaginary construct with no functional purpose. It's just two people standing in front of a group of their friends, lying to each other about staying together forever.

I lucked out that at 22 I had men in their 40s give me a couple of firm warnings, and I had the wherewithal to listen. I lived with a woman for 5 years in a state without common law marriage, and sharing expenses during that time helped me save more money, but now I'd much rather just find a male roommate than go down that road again..

Given what we know about female nature, why is this a good thing? For instance, men are still biologically predisposed to strategic thinking in a way that women never will be. We are the designers and the builders, we are the big picture people. Why did society need female voters? In an age of unbridled female entitlement, I think this is an important question to ask. I appreciate the reply, however: If she were really a freak who cared about the sexual satisfaction of her partner, then she would have behaved like she did on the tape throughout their marriage and her husband wouldn't have asked how much better her ex was than him. Again, I don't know if we have enough information here to confirm or deny your theory above. Some people just have a hard time initiating things sexually, and that applies to both men and women. Particularly young men and women, as …

If we take her at her word, she seems to have been in the process of trying to deliver what her husband wanted by making another sex tape. I don't know that we can conclude with certainty that, had the husband taken a different approach, he wouldn't be experiencing a much better sex life right now. If the video had shed light on new things that he wanted to be doing, a person with a positive outlook would try pursuing those things rather than just falling to pieces. We really don't know one way …

According to Wikipedia, there are 24923 reported rape cases in 2012 across all of India. 98% of them are by someone known to the victim. i.e. not some stranger accosting a person on a train. So what we're talking about is 453 rapes by a stranger for the entire year. Let's even assume all 453 are female victims, and all of them happen on a train (this is obviously absurd, but I don't want to be accused of undercounting!). There's a female population in India of 586,469,174. So the odds of being r…

It hurts my fucking feelings when I work my ass off my whole life just to have someone else get the job because she has a vagina. And they have the nerve to talk about "unconscious bias against women"!!! It's the exact fucking opposite, they're exhibiting unconscious bias FOR women.

You may be underestimating how miserable it is to spend years doing low pay clerical work, as your expensive education becomes increasingly stale from disuse, because there is literally no additional need for people doing what you do, particularly with your level of experience which is zero, and not expected to rise any time soon. People going into law right now haven't looked at the numbers at all.

I've read about a woman who told a judge she was under duress when she signed the prenup because of the social pressure of the impending wedding, so he throws out the prenup over that. Women have told judges that their husband made an oral agreement to discard the prenup at some point, and the judges throw it out on her word alone. If she finds anything at all that the husband didn't disclose, she can call the agreement fraudulent. The agreement can be considered too lopsided. Prenups are as wor…

In this case the malicious mother is making a choice to take full responsibility for the child, at the expense of the father's ability to have any choice, as well as his potential for a relationship with the child. The father should have no legal obligation to financially support the child, if the mother should change her mind on a whim. Further, I think not informing the father should be made illegal. It's a meme from 2009, the portrait is a selfie of a guy born in 1735 and the caption is a play on an old song with the lyrics "Fuck bitches, get money" http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/joseph-ducreux-archaic-rap

What we need is an information sharing site where people can post these details. Public shaming can be an effective deterrent. It should be like having a bankruptcy on your record; disappears after 7 years. Until then, buyer beware.

Came here to ask this very question. How credible is the source? Is there independent confirmation? What are the numbers? If it's a handful of women, for all we know it could be people sympathetic to the guy, eager to create a story that proves his point. Not all women are against us - I've seen plenty of female commenters around the net supporting the memo author.

I don't think anybody is putting it on the sidebar.. but you have to admit that with kids come stronger shackles, and an even greater position of power for someone who's not afraid to use it to get what she wants / thinks she deserves.

It's just so easy for them to call it a "manifesto" and suddenly all the idiots listening think he's just a lunatic. Some of them are appearing right here in MGTOW even. Here, of all places!

My 72-year-old mother maintains a better figure and has better skin than these "ladies." And guess what! She had no problem finding a boyfriend a couple years ago. He's an ordinary guy who happens to be 1 year older than her. She had a good attitude about meeting people, and they make a great couple, too. Imagine that. I guarantee the women in the article all spent their 20s turning their skin to leather in the tanning beds. Turns out bad decisions have consequences, and no amount of complaining…

Don't be so damn short sighted. What you're saying is that even if you have a recorded conversation time stamped to RIGHT before an the opening session of sexual congress, where she says "Yes I absolutely consent, may we please have sex with one another?" then she can LIE and say she revoked consent the moment your dick was in her, and you can STILL get locked in a cell for years and be denied any chance of an income and therefore a livelihood, while living as a social pariah for the remainder o…

After the fact, she can say she said any damn thing she wants. If she tells the police "He raped me" and you tell the police "She consented to it" (implying that yes you had sex) then your stories agree with one another to the extent that you fornicated. You're halfway to ruination at this point, because now she's just one lie away from finishing you off. "I withdrew consent" - how can you possibly disprove this?

I spent some time talking to this girl I met online, and she kept going on and on about how she was an actress in the (then) upcoming Netflix show, Thirteen Reasons Why. I thought that was pretty cool and she was super excited about it. Ultimately she stopped talking to me because I'm excited about virtual reality, and she thinks virtual reality is the epitome of fake, and she hates all things fake. Whatever, we had no chemistry at all, good riddance. Well, one day I clicked the link for her Ins…

How is any sort of valuation going to tell you what ridiculously low or high earnings multiple people might be willing to pay for a given company? I feel like even major corporations miss the mark on this by a lot when they do their IPO, let alone some rinky dink micro cap.

if she got 15m and that's roughly half that makes the total value at 30m at the time of the divorce Yes but it didn't sound like she took a stake in the company, meaning that yes the value of all their assets combined would've been 30m, but the value of the company (assuming that was all of his half) could have been at most 15m. 90m is 6 times 15m. In all likelihood he had other assets, though, meaning his stake could've been valued significantly lower than 15m, which in my mind means the value …
/r/MensRights07/04/17 01:28 PM

I agree that there could have been price appreciation in the 2 years, but you think the value grew by a factor of 6? Maybe, but it seems more likely that the value wasn't accurately reflected at the time of the divorce. Then again, it's almost impossible to truly know the value of someone's stake in a company that's private held. If it's not being actively traded, there's no precedent to establish what people are willing to pay for it. From the sound of it, the ex-wife probably didn't take any o…

IANAL but I'm guessing she's making the case that at the time of the split, the value of the company was known by him but not disclosed. There's supposed to be full disclosure in a divorce, so if he didn't disclose something that would've affected the outcome, the outcome can get called into question after the fact. It sucks, but it was too late for that guy the moment he said "I do." I feel for him - he didn't know 35 years ago what we know now.

I see what you're saying, but I think Alex's point is also decent - if you own a high tier restaurant that charges a massive premium on the food, you're dodging the premium altogether. Yes, it's true you're not getting "free food" but you're getting a lot more than what you pay for, unless you have to factor in opportunity cost, if you're taking a table away from someone else who would have paid the huge premium. You could even avoid that by going at less busy times I guess.

I mostly get annoyed at white Knights trying to do their work for them which leads to them not learning anything themselves which is what makes good coders. Truth!! There were a couple guys who were always defending the girl at that software place. I was not pleased because I felt a responsibility to take care of the clients, hence my cleanup work. With data work, it takes 10 seconds to double check that what you're doing is accurate, and if it's not, it may take 3 hours of diligent attention to…

the larger numbers actually gives a more accurate spread. I'm sure that explains it, which goes back to my original point that women are generally not out there writing code in the first place. Apologies if I offended you, I am very cynical and it's not an attractive quality, I know that. Sometimes I even downvote myself.

Hah, you're so desperate to believe I'm some pathetic loser, it seems I'm the one that touched a nerve. I've got a great career and I apply my all to everything that I do, both at work and at home. That girl was a close friend for a while, but when she came looking for someone to open the door for her to "network" her way into a job, I noped the fuck out of there.

Oh, I've only met a few. Good for you though, I wish my experiences with female devs were as rosy as yours apparently have been. If there were more of them overall, I'm sure some would rise to the top, and female STEM workers wouldn't get such a bad rep. Such is life. Another girl I worked with was in her early 30s, doing data work at a software development company. The girl couldn't write a functioning connection string after 10 years working there, I was absolutely flabbergasted. I tried expla…

Hah. I was a fellow student, not a teacher. I was only trying to help out because she clearly needed it, but it was a total waste of my time. It's not my responsibility to help someone at all, much less get them caught up after they've failed to learn for three straight years. How you get to junior year without being able to do a simple "if" or a "loop" is beyond me. Only girl in the whole CS program, too, and it's not because we males were "keeping them out."

Everyone should know at a glance that the article was bullshit. A woman would have to write some code before such a study could even take place, therefore, no such study is possible. In all seriousness though, there was a girl in my computer science program, and I helped her a bit with her programming. Her method could only be described as "trial and error" - she'd send me iterations of her code that had been changed seemingly at random, with no apparent comprehension of what it might do, or how…

I sure as hell gained a lot of investing confidence from economy and business sims. First person shooters taught me to get in the head of my competition and use what I find there to outperform him. Grand strategy games taught me how to take decisive action, early and often, and how the compounded benefits will always be with me. The IT skills that came from hanging out with "fucking nerds" landing me in an amazing field that's vitally important, has a ton of upward potential, and which few peopl…

hack up or throw out pre-nups One story I read about in the US, the judge threw out the prenup because the wife signed it under duress. The source of said duress, you wonder? The impending wedding! It would have been too awkward for her to call off the wedding. Un-fucking-believable.

Same rationale here except I abstained. Dems could've had my vote, but they would have to have a candidate I can vote for in good conscience. I only hope the republicans don't declare war on the environment.

Flaky bitch couldn't bother showing up to court for her own false rape allegation? Jfc. The fact that she knows your real name is a big problem here. Not knowing your address means you can't get summoned or served or whatever, but how much protection does that really confer? A credit report will show your current employer, and you can be targeted there. It's frustratingly difficult to find immunity from other peoples' bullshit.

Damn. Have you posted the full story anywhere on Reddit? Were you able to escape unscathed or? I'm not sure how one would have a relationship where their partner doesn't know where they live. Alternatively, it's an expensive proposition to have to move after every breakup. I guess I'm still not seeing how this ghosting tactic works completely.

Your original post talked about "zero ability to be detected" and "they can't ever track you down" - you've toned down the message a lot since then. Sounds now like it's fully possible, and all it takes is either a few thousand dollars, or knowing the system. This is disappointing, as I do like the idea of ghosting for some reason. We haven't even touched on the idea of how to get a license plate that doesn't immediately give away your real identity, and therefore your location. Edit: Sorry, epi…
