as a woman I’d say just be honest with your intentions, there are women who want the same thing you are wanting, on apps some even give the options of selecting what you’re looking for, with some options like: intimacy without commitment, casual dates

some cities have free local concerts, hiking is also usually very cheap or free depending on where you hike, if you mention you live with your mom make it clear it’s because you are helping your mom (not the other way around)

I’m looking for a long term partner so what catches my eye is when our political or moral beliefs seem to align. That’s even more important to me than hobbies matching up.

As if there’s no in between choices lol. Finding a partner isn’t getting “shackled” if it’s a healthy relationship. It’s finding a badass teammate and bestie. Someone to build legos with ya but also have sex with ya. Someone to depend on. You sound jaded.

Lmao this subreddit seems so redpilled sometimes. I know plenty of “nice guys” who are married or have girlfriends

Healthier as in healthier mindset women than what OP describes. The type of woman he describes sounds more superficial and the type to be slightly manipulative. A healthy relationship in my opinion does not sound like what he’s describing. A woman looking for “status” and a woman who “loses interest if he cares more than she does.” That dynamic just sounds sad to me. In my eyes a good relationship is the two people wanting it equally. In my eyes a good relationship doesn’t care about society sta…

Maybe join clubs that relate to your hobbies, like pick up sports teams, hiking groups, trail maintenance clubs, runners groups, maybe go to events on MeetUp.com, could also look for singles activities in cities near you. If bars/clubs aren’t your scene then maybe these non-partying areas could be a great place to look.

It’s not “all true” if you read the other comments on this post. Not everyone thinks like OP. Theres healthier options out there than what OP talks about.

Yea I actually feel sorry for OP, they seem to have a dismal view of what a healthy relationship should be.

I’ll elaborate but my first point also applies to my own opinion: This is only my opinion, only the opinion of one person. I in no way am claiming to speak for all women. And that is my first point: ALL women can’t be lumped into one opinion as if they all think the same. Which is one reason I believe OP’s post isn’t accurate. The same way that you can’t lump all men into one group. I have seen a variety of my friends and other women I know like coworkers and family members all seeking different…

As a woman looking for a long term mate this is untrue at least for me. This list is inaccurate on more than one point, at least for me.

While making out, before one of the kisses, the guy pulls his head back at the last second so the kiss doesn’t land and then the guys laughs then kisses for real. A guy did this to me on a second date and it made me want to tease him, too, and kiss him a lot more lol

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
