THE 80/20 RULE Look up the 80/20 rule, I’ll explain it briefly. 20% of criminals commit 80% of crimes. 20% of drivers cause 80% of all traffic accidents. 80% of pollution originates from 20% of all factories. 20% of a companies products represent 80% of sales. 20% of employees are responsible for 80% of the results 80% of your competitive energy should go into 20% of things your passionate about. As a result those 20% passions will yield 80% of your life success results. 80% of results comes fro…

I see this a lot, analysis paralysis. It's also wildly prevalent here, being an internet forum. Education can only bring you so far, finding the balance is key here though as learning is a virtue. I think the pareto principle applies very well to this subject. Good post, albeit too long.

My experience has been the contrary. When my girl was not doing her womanly duties in the bedroom, I just told her "if you don't do it, I'll do it. I prefer if you do it, but I will not sit here blue balled if you decide not to. Join in if you want, or just chill, watch and learn what I like." Takes the power back. You don't need her to get off. Just my two cents. It's not really related to the current predicament of OP but I bet it could have prevented it.

If you date a quality girl, you will be sht tested. If you are a quality man you will pass those shit tests and the whole thing will be a non-issue. It's that simple. Shit tests are her way of verifying your dominance.

Sounds more like asktrp but let me try, had 3 threesomes so not that much of an expert but hey. Both times took a lot of logistics, so don't get beat down by that. Having girls who are into s&m helps, I always did and I frame it as sharing a sub with a partner. I don't do threesomes with my main girl, it's too much hassle and you want everyone to be equal. So maybe you are trying to do this with girls who are too invested.. in my experience, good candidates for threesomes and group experiences a…

Jesus were you on a lot of speed or something? Clues: Numbered list with 1 number. DCA in crypto mentioned 3 times in 6 sentences. Everything abbreviated, zero explanation Bullet points only I have trouble finding a single sound sentence. Follow your own advice, and go the extra mile on your submissions. This reads like you copy pasted your notes from reading a self-help/crypto blog.

Literally just go out and talk to a person on the street, nothing bad can happen and it sounds like your ego has handled some self chastising already. It will only improve your ego.

Nope, anyway stronglifts is 2 upper body movements vs one lower body, if anything I would say it might be a top-heavy program. But lower body lifts are the most stimulating for the anabolic hormones you want to have, as they are the largest muscles. Any imbalance should even out over your first year of training to a very reasonable degree, especially if it's football gains as opposed to strength training

Your conclusions are mathematically incorrect or at least misleading. I guarantee you that the 95% confidence interval is much closer to 35-45 for infertility, 25-35 for reduced. But yeah, get a young one, i literally cannot think of a single reason to date a woman of 26+.

I think that's the core here. A man should get his comfort from confidence in his abilities (e.g. to get women), not from some external factor. I do agree that you should not follow someone else's plan, but I still feel like the desire for an LTR stems out of insecurity in a large fraction of men.

Stopped reading after your first sentence, where do you get this stuff? Show me one source that Steve Jobs had a high view of semen retention, and I will read on. Also, we don't need a blank line after every full stop.

Theres plenty of stupid to go around, no need to misinterpret the text. It says there are elements in that list that could be harmful. Here's the thing, an excess of anything can be harmful, so its more of a harmful non-statement setting a precedent on defining masculinity as a disease. Which is worse. That's how propoganda works, it's all about priming the extreme statements with sliding scales and slippery slopes.

I can also see a parallel with the urge for "cock carousse riding": once a woman found a "good one" it is not in her genetic interest to mate with the same set of genes: she is best served with finding a +1 in terms of genetic value. And so is the man of course.

In my opinion, true abundance starts at three as even after losing one option you will still have multiple options.

I also disagree that falling in love with another woman is a better strategy (meaning, a strategy that leaves more and healthier offspring) than would be falling back in love with the same woman. This is one of the reasons I estimate the typical duration to be three years. It provides a nice buffer during which the woman becomes fertile and receptive to sex again. She gets pregnant again, and the male love clock resets. Have to disagree here, there is very much an evolutionary pressure to hedge …

I always saw that as the point of day-game, approaching without any time investment. No I wouldn't creep out in the street for hours at a time, but honestly I don't feel like trolling the bars/clubs for drunk thots either. Walking around a university all day, my environment is full of high value women, and approaching 2-3 a day will cost me nothing. To each his own, but daygame when done in this way, can only be a plus

I read this differently. Personally, I open my relationships. It doesn't change anything on the girl's part, she would cheat if she felt like it anyway. I do my job in being the best she can get, and she doesn't sleep around while I can do so without cheating. Since we're already vetting before LTR, it also doesn't change much there. Openly polygamous women are plates at best anyway, so you can easily LTR a quality woman and have an essentially one sided open relationship give or take a slip (wh…

Yeah I hear this from guys all the time: "I could get laid all the time, but I want a really hot girl". Well I always tell them, prove it. Go actually get laid, then you have something palpable to work with. If you say you could have gotten some, the reality is you didn't. And most guys who talk about the nights they didn't get laid do so because they don't have enough similar stories with happy endings.

I agree with the feminine analogy, but you imply that men should save themselves as well a number of times if I understand correctly and I have to disagree. Do you feel that way and if so, why? I think men derive value and experience from their n-count, at least to a certain extent. Being able to blow her mind in bed from the get go is a genuine advantage that should not be taken lightly. I also feel like the damage women take by their high n-count is not applicable to men as they are to mould a…

No real need to imho... If you consider the low weights the relative increments are much higher (i.e. +1 kg on your 15 kg curl equals + 7.5 kg on your 100 kg bench) especially if you take into account the rep-range which is often set to 12-15 as opposed to 5-8 for compounds. I just use them to slay biceps after compound back lifts and pay more attention to really fatigueing the muscle rather than increasing the weight. They are also the first thing to go when I don't have time, or am cutting fat…

No, this goes for the total amount of sex had globally so to speak. You can still have a winners mentality in a zero sum game, in this case meaning that the amount of sex you can personally have is not limited by available willing partners but by other factors (most importantly time and desire). However, it simply illustrates that while the act of sex in and of itself has no material cost, it is still a limited resource heavily competed over by males (as illustrated by the extremely male-skewed …

Great writeup, especially the illustration of the prostitution industry really drives home the point of the sexual market place and ascribing a (in this case monetary) value to sex. While it may not seem so because there is no (achievable) limit to the amount of sex to be had, it illustrates how sex can be and is still a zero sum game. If you are not winning you're losing, and as the pareto principle applies in this case I posit that if you are not in the top 20% you are losing. So, get to work …

Where do you get the 3 per day from? If I run the numbers on his "Chad must be doing 2-a-days for a substantial period" first of all those numbers can only be encounters, not partners, so not unreasonable at all in my opinion. Secondly, there is a number of 60-100 encounters per YEAR given. Let's take 80, and sample 100 people: Gives 8000 total encounters. 60% of those are divided under 20% of men, 4800 encounters among 20 men for an average of 240 a year. Easily feasible..

Lift (min 2x per week, up to 6x), approach women and lay off the video games. I started with 5 approaches per day. Takes zero time, gets you pumped and learns you to deal with rejection. Read the sidebar. Tinder is great but you need some real life experience, mostly in approaches for it to be a good medium imo. Edit: to clarify, your worthwhile goal is to get laid, off the videogames and in undeniably great shape. Should keep you busy for a while, and meanwhile I don't know where you are in lif…

Your place or a bar nearby. I have never taken a tinder date out for anything more than 2 drinks and f-closed 90% of the time. Just a matter of being clear in your expectations. I am in an open relationship and advertise as such on tinder, which makes it easier since it's clear I'm just looking for a (couple of) fun nights, but putting something to that effect in your profile might help you get the point across. ~1 date a week for the months I put in the effort, which has been a while since I mo…

Still very inclined to agree with this guy. If you do not live healthy, you cannot get a proper diagnosis. If you excercise, eat healthy and sleep well and still have health problems, by all means visit a doctor. But I feel that if you don't take care of yourself you can't expect a doctor to get you better, especially if, when his advice is: eat better, you will likely not put in the effort. Doctors are too often seen as a quick fix because living healthy would be cumbersome.

Why pick when you can have both? And no one is advocating lifting for chicks, it's a confidence, health and mentality thing. About the sincere compliments you give and receive. Maybe it's just a good ploy. Maybe it's because you are one of the few men in society who is actually confident and therefore dish out the honest compliments every now and again. Still anecdotal and does not make it the rule, I feel you are an exception here.

I have a leg prostethic, so except for a limp it doesn't really show. I recently opted for a "foot on stick" model though, and even though non of my pics on tinder show it, Every first date i go to i go to in shorts (if the weather allows it). Own that shit, i know it sounds hard but once you're there you can actually reap some confidence points for not caring. Well I feel that is an oversimplification. It at the very least has something to do with the way people view it. There are severely lowered standards for disabled people, for better or for worse. I would say worse because it makes it easy to just lay down and do nothing and still be accepted.

True, they were really bad examples. You are very smart, very confident, attractive have also been mentioned though. And the asshole bit is just mostly about "hitting on everything that fogs a mirror" by which of course is meant, a couple of hotties a day, say 5-10. I just translate, it to "alpha"

I've been wondering about the effects of being disabled on self improvement and/or smv. I feel like there is some sort of gain to be made in terms of showing confidence, where people expect less of you. On the other hand I have also considered the option of having a sort of fallback excuse to not perform well, making it easy to just lay down and do nothing. Glad I opted out of that one, but it is an easy way out and one I feel I (and perhaps anyone with an easily observable "excuse") should stay…

It's a good point, but people come to me and commend me on recent improvements saying they feel inspired and want to start improving, then I feel I would be holding back if I didn't explain. ↓(shitty formatting, my bad) I'm not keeping anybody down.. I'm just not willing to help someone that's not going to help themselves. I don't agree with the competition idea. I hate seeing my brothers do bad in life and love, and with so many fish in the sea I feel its a very insecure thing to try to keep your brothers down. I just package my advice in more socially acceptable forms, impossible as this is sometimes is. I mean I don't have to turn everyone against feminism but I can at least explain that they should man up against their neighbour/boss/parents/LTR.

What am I supposed to take away from this article? It all just seems like clickbait viva magazine shit to be honest. One thing I can see from; start improving yourself in any way and behaving like an actual man instead of a beta faggot while in an LTR and your wife will automatically assume you're cheating(which might benefit you, although I don't know if that's a given?). So yeah, confirmation that dread game works I guess. Nice find in that respect but nothing groundbreaking.
