1	[DISCUSSION] Maintenance sex should really be thought of as "maintaining the continued flow of sexual feelings" rather than some kind of maintenance work one spouse does for another Meaning = feeling That's is what he is trying to say. You are talking about sex being special compared to having it with someone else. Atlas is talking about sex being special between LTR partners, compared to an imaginary conception of what normal sex with the same LTR feels like in the head of the woman in question.
