I’d argue that sports, hunting, and fishing in particular are “masculine” because, in order to succeed, you must demonstrate a level of competence and capability in order to be successful. Any hobby that involves pitting yourself against an opponent with a clearly defined “winner” and “loser” is necessarily masculine to a certain degree. Video games are fun, but you don’t get much from them aside from entertainment, so I don’t own any gaming consoles and instead focus on physical activities. I recently picked up skateboarding again, and I love to cook as well. Basically anything that you find enjoyable that has practical value as well

Appreciate the advice. I would say a big thing that has helped me is that I stopped watching porn about 8 months ago. Once you stop giving in to the hormones and sex drive, you realize how futile the pursuit of it is - at the end of the day it’s just a biological drive to reproduce.
