Nah, I haven't seen Joe in person in 3 years now. This all stuff that Brad is telling me, but since I ran into Brad yesterday I just remembered all the shit that Joe has done over the years .

It's really not, I just find it a little sad that he hasn't changed at all.

It's been almost a decade since I've known him, and this guy has been a huge beta for that same amount of time. I'm not sure what it'll take for him to wake up but it's all on him at this point.

Yup, it's been almost 9 years since 'Joe' has met this girl and he's the ultimate orbiter. I haven't heard from this guy in a while and I thought he would finally break out of it, I guess not....

August 2017 I was 195 lbs at 6'0, I weighed myself this morning and I'm 168 lbs. I basically just ate less food and exercised more, no special diet or anything. I started drinking protein shakes like a week ago as well so hopefully, I start to bulk up more.

Great post man, I guess this is just another example of AWALT. One thing that stuck out to me was that this girl is a high-level athlete that travels for competitions still. When you put young, attractive, and in shape people in a room together, with alcohol things will happen.

That applies to girls too, I see a lot of fat girls with good facial features and I think if their faces look decent even when they're fat, imagine how hot they would be if they were a normal weight. North America, in general, is too fat, I think the statistic is like 30% of people are obese, and 30% are overweight

their SMV. In life you get what you deserve, not what you wish for. Concepts like evolutionary psychology are concepts that can't be ignored by any Red pill Right, but at TRP we encourage everybody to hit the gym and take care of themselves to raise their SMV as much as possible. I think if most of the men here optimized their SMV then they can reach a 7 at the very least, and with the addition of game and money then they could get 8's or 9's right? Personally, I'm 6'1 and I think I'm a normal l…

Lack of abundance and blue pill programming, the second you think a woman is too hot she can smell that shit and it's game over.

Define ‘skinny fat’. What is the actual body fat %? I got a DEXA scan done on December 6, 2018. My total body fat % at the time was 24.8% with a BMI of 23.8. Since then I started working out more consistently and lost 5lbs. I'm currently hovering at around 170lbs (+/-1) depending on the time of the day. What’s your current caloric intake? Is this your first month of training in your entire life? I'm currently living at home so it's kinda hard for me to keep count of calories. I'm Asian so my die…

Hey, well first of all I wish you the best of luck, second I recommend you go to the stop gaming subreddit. I think it would be better for you to stop in increments instead of going cold turkey all at once. For me, it's quite easy to stop gaming but not going on Reddit is basically impossible, but the hardest part is stopping reddit. I've been trying to cut back time spent on Reddit by actually doing my homework and coding. I'm also 21 and we're reaching that point where if we don't start really…

I've meditated every day since mid-October 2018, most days I'll meditate 5 minutes, but when I have more time I can do anywhere from 30-minutes to an hour. Just start sitting down in a comfortable position and focus on the breath. There's a lot more information on theMindIlluminated subreddit so I would check that out.

Around late December when I had tons of free time, I was meditating around 45-60 minutes a day. Now that schools started, I'm only doing like 5-10 minutes a day with the occasional 20-30 minute longer sit when I have more time. I really want to start upping my time consistently again, if it matters to you I'm currently on stage 3 in The Mind Illuminated.

I'm in college so this is just a part-time job that I don't care about too much but I do understand where you're coming from. Thanks bro.

This is just some random part-time retail job so it doesn't really matter to me, that's why I even considered it in the first place lol.
