Well, it sucks that it is reactive like that but at the end of the day that is the outcome I want.

Well, you had one set of bullshit social expectations and norms that you were used to and traded them for in a new bullshit set which you aren't used to. I know I would feel odd too, even putting all trans issues aside it's just different. There are plus sides.

There is more to voting than national politics. Someone that doesn't vote tells me they aren't interested in their community and that is a non starter for me.

Yeah, and I wouldn't even be friends with someone that didn't vote. Lot of fish in the sea...

Just because they filter by voting habits doesn't mean they don't have other criteria. I swear, logic should be a required middle school class to progress.

I think it is an issue of self selection. This sub doesn't represent men as a whole, nor this thread, nor a particular frathouse, etc. It isn't that I haven't met men with physical intimacy issues IRL, but they generally aren't the type of people I end up hanging around as it is symptomatic of something more systemic. My own self selection.

I don't know, i have hugged male friends since highschool. I wasn't the drama club type either, total bro as were my friends. In college i hung around a particularly notorious frat house far more than i should have... lots of hugs. This isn't a recent experience either, college was almost 20 years ago. I have had female friends I just cuddled and slept with with no sex. Maybe the question you should be asking yourself is why YOU have the hangups surrounding physical intimacy.

To be honest, this is one of the few issues I am on the fence about. I value free speech, but i also understand the power that peoples ideas have over each other. It isnt a simple yes or no issue.

I agree with you on the surface... say ideologically oriented level. On the other hand one of my favorite topics of study can best be summarized as propaganda and .... lets call it the immune system of cultures. People aren't rational animals. They are primarily emotional creatures. The rationality is like a cheap bolt on aftermarket part for your car. Look at it this way, it is a lot easier to make your logic fit your emotions than vise versa. If that wasn't the case we would live in an enlight…

The main problem I have is those subs is indoctrinating men who are in a socially vulnerable situation. If they were simply echo chambers of like minded people I would find them far less of an issue.

I think they also dont get once you get to be in your 40s, people in the 30-50 range are what you actually find attractive. 20 year olds are cute, but their allure kinda fades. That is how it worked for me and most of the guys my age i know anyhow. I want to date a woman, not babysit a kid.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/01/20 06:48 AM

I half agree. I have a couple younger friends, and at times they just... need a more experienced perspective. Relationships can be confusing for younger people and it can lead to all sorts of misguided shit like TRP that can basically ruin their relationships for the rest of their lives. Call it an early intervention.

I see this theme pop up often. I was in a nine year relationship and by the end our sex lives were just different. It went from medicore sex sometimes multiple times a day to really good sex maybe 3 times a week. Also at a certain point the attraction changed too. It went from wanting to have sex with her because of her looks to i want to have sex with this whole person. Emotions were a lot more involved. Keep in mind i still thought she was pretty but i can only speak from my perspective on tha…

I have not met a single woman that has even brought the issue up. Assuming an issue actually exists though its probably just shear creepiness. Like if i met a woman and she had a vibrator or dildo, i would consider that perfectly normal. But if i were to go to a womans pad and she had a full size man doll that would be the end of shit on the spot.

TRP is not representative of men in general, and not all men are the same. Granted i have made a few less than stellar sexual choices in my life, but personally i much prefer sex with someone i care about and trust.

Saying the rules of the game is kinda narcissistic in the first place, says in effect first you have the authority to draw the rules of a game of life to begin with, and second othrrs should somehow contort their will to these principles you have made up, projecting outward. All us "bros" have no problems forming relationships or getting laid, what is going on here is something else entirely.
/r/askTRP16/01/20 10:18 AM
1

The fact is trp is about increasing his n-count, if you are a guy that has slept with 30 women it isn't realistic you are going to be able to easily make a relationship with a woman that has slept with 2.
/r/askTRP16/01/20 07:30 AM
3

Have to add a second comment, i am pretty high and missed a big part of what you were asking. The notion of sloppy seconds will fuck your sexuality up for the rest of your life. The best sex is with someone with practice.
/r/askTRP16/01/20 04:10 AM

Like men, women will fuck what they can at the time when they feel like fucking. Women don't break out spreadsheets and software and shit. If you are charming and nice she might just settle on your toad ass.
/r/askTRP16/01/20 04:01 AM

Consider those things like brushing your teeth. They just are what you have to do. Also (buyer beware) i am not TRP in a lotnof aspects. I think its beautiful to love one person and be infatuated for a time. The real matter is developing the emotional maturity to deal with the end. If you arent dating someone crazy a split should hurt but be "easy". You can't really grow without leanring to form deep attachments. As far as passions, take what i call Nietzsche's razor: if you are capable of anyth…

Yeah. But i am also emotionally capable of dealing with whatever fallout may come of it. If you aren't, don't. Personally i don't want to fuck with people I cant be open with and trust.

Quit listening to others. Experience life on your own terms.
/r/askTRP09/01/20 01:09 PM

There are a couple ways to look at this. 1) you are just so much advanced then your relationships now or maybe you are being a bit narcissistic. Something i really like about my frat years is just understanding brotherhooid.
/r/askTRP09/01/20 12:42 PM

I know TRP has told you something based on your terminology. What i want you to ask yourself is what types of relationship you can handle emotionally. Women do the same thing, it doesn't work for all of us to be "red pill." It sets you up for relationships founded on distance and pain.
/r/askTRP02/01/20 11:55 AM
4

Uhh. To crash, watch a movie, eat, do coke, help the guy home, really any number of things. Why do guys go to other guys houses they dont intend to fuck? Or girls to other girls houses? Just because two people are physically capable of fucking doesnt mean any time they are alone that is the desired outcome.

Not even a trp person in the sense it is used here, but a relationship should never hold you back from exploring life and yourself. That goes for a man or woman.

You are grossly mischaracterizing the way women actually behave. Older women may have more of a goal to settle down, but so do men. Men in their twenties tend to behave pretty similarly. I am going on an aside here but when you get down to it the courtship behavior of men and women at all ages aren't really that different. One thing you are right about is that women tend to have more options.

This is something I see over and over here. I am not sure where you went wrong, but people vary in their interests and what would make a good partner for them might not make a good partner for the next guy. I am not going to tackle your particular assumptions, but all assumptions. People dont fit into clean little molds and neither do their attractions. I mean, yes people like pretty people but there is a lot more to it than that.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/19 06:57 AM

I don't discuss it with female friends. I used to and there came a point where I was ready to fight a lawyer and then it hit me... engaging my female friends about people they are dating more often than not is just pissing me off and that was really the only thing it was accomplishing. Don't get me wrong, I'll kick it with the good ones... but I have flat out told all of my friends male and female I don't want to hear about relationship drama unless it is some sort of emergency.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/05/19 10:03 PM

If you seriously think the ins and outs of courtship and having a healthy relationship can be boiled down to two specious statements then you are correct in your self assessment that finding any sort of meaning in it is going to be very challenging for you.

I have never been able to pull that off. My typical pattern is short lived relationships that often end in friendships. Granted there are sometimes boundary issues. Not for lack of trying though. It's just that things always seem to get too complicated. Bear in mind I am in my 40s, when I was in my 20s things were... different.

I know a lot of women. When you get right down to it very few would deny that they want a tall good looking guy with money. Who are you running into that denies that? It isnt like we as men are happy with short fat uneducated women unless we have no other options.

That there is any concept of true love. A LTR is a lot of sacrifice and devotion to the concept of the pair. It's like putting a square into a circle. At first it might not fit, but after many tries the square loses it's edge and becomes a retarded soft shape that happens to fit into a circle. The same goes for the circle, it though the hard work becomes more square.. but a retarded square.

Q4Women How is this a question? I was just delineating my ... I guess most would call it shortcomings. All of my my behaviors are pure jadedness and just being selfish and manipulative to get what I need from a relationship. I am old, i spent a lot of time being the good guy in relationships. Eventually something changed in me and here I am now.

Honestly? High expectations, lack of empathy, selfishness, a touch of gaslighting, and one way give and take. I mean, I am intelligent and charming which allows me to date in the first place, but it will end poorly and somehow it will be their fault.

I personally had a weird upbringing with regard to females. My mother was an abused addict, is still a doormat to her current husband and I have never respected her. As an adult I can't associate with women like that. My step mother wears the pants in her household and raised me basically redpill light. I was taught always, always respect women, don't play games, don't mistreat. But at the same time was taught to put myself above any relationship and always to be suspicious about the motivations…

A girl I was dating wanted to see my phone. I said no. This led to an argument along the lines you'd expect so I told her fine! "I'll show you my phone but if I do it's over." She didn't want to look but my opinion of her had already changed. Wasn't even that long or serious of a relationship.

Do you not pay attention to the world around you? The whole world is not rurual 1950s Alabama. I hate to be crass, but this notion that woman can not achieve on the level of men (granted they opt out of children) just is no longer true for modern civilizations.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/17 08:10 PM

Women have no moral compass? This is the reason you fail with women. Seriously bro, this is pathetic. Women like hot and powerful men... men like hot and powerful women. This isn't a mystery. It is obvious.

Most "red pill men" aren't really that. Most men aren't that. it's something for desperate men cling to, to get over their abject failure at finding a mate. They are angry and desperate outcasts. There is also a lot of bullshit happening. Truly "alpha" males, if such a thing even exists wouldn't spend time online trying to mentor social rejects. The whole premise is silly at best.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/01/17 11:07 AM
1

It's not red or blue, I mean, depending if you want to attach morals and shit to it. The most successful guys I have known are honest with themselves and others. There are a lot of other factors, but that is the core thing. You have to realize that in most kids development there is a period of separating the sexes, then you hit teens and you are slammed back together. The easier you can make that happen the better you will do. For young adults I mean.

I'd say magical thinking is why most relationships on the whole happen in the first place.
/r/seduction17/11/16 05:25 AM

What I sort of have found funny about the red pill is that being a douche seems to be recommended. I have displayed a wide array of behaviors to women, being a dick has never got me laid. I am I guess a sigma male. My friends tend to be "alphas" -- them being dicks doesn't get them laid either. They are easy going fun loving guys. I really am not sure how the whole red pill phenomenon has gained so much popularity. Aside from the obvious shit like being confident and taking care of your body it'…
/r/seduction07/11/16 05:55 PM

Think about what sort of mentality could possibly believe such a thing. I'll give you the answer, people in their late teens and early twenties with severe social issues. Yeah, it might be "your turn." But the same could be said of you from their perspective provided you have weren't essentially dateless or dating severely damaged women that fall into that groove. Trp has just enough truth to make it plausible to socially limited types. Instead of hating them you really should be pittying them.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/16 04:44 AM

You know... the sick part is that making women feel special or different is a huge mechanism in which they are preyed upon. The same with men, but in general it is a hunter vs the hunted sort of situation.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/16 04:36 AM
8

I don't think they are really looking for a challenge. They are looking to feel special. A woman that refuses most other advances only to fall into your trap of seduction does a lot to float the ego, which is really what TRP is about.

You know that is cultural... in the ghetto if a woman pulled that shit she'd have her ass handed to her. /r/PussyPassDenied04/09/16 05:38 AM

How the fuck would that knock someone out... if it was on the neck I'd say a trick of the carotid sinus... but this was just a simple open hand slap to the face. Fucking drama queen.
/r/PussyPassDenied03/09/16 08:00 AM

It's not even about fairness, it's cultural. Laws aren't the problem. For example, I had one of my best friends girlfriend grab my dick and give it a couple of squeezes while orating "toot toot". I mean, I didn't feel victimized, but when I brought it up to my bro he was just like "yeah, she does that shit sometime." Now, me, really drunk fell into one of my female friends-- my hands ended up on her chest. I saw the awkwardness of it and I more or less did the same thing. They are just boobs rig…

Not to mention men bond easier than women. We all have that strange friend or asshole in our friend group but he is accepted just the same. How often do you see a women go out solo, and find a group of other women to hang around with for the night?

I really don't understand this. Has college life and courtship changed that much in the last 10-15 years? I didn't go to Cal, but was in one of the top UCs and shit like this was totally fringe, right up there with Christian hate groups.

It's a milestone in the traditional family set up. I'd really like to have a son or daughter-- the wife, not so much. It's not that I hate women, I have just had my fill.

Don't consider myself a white knight, but have defended a lot of women. It wasn't to gain favors, I just get combative when I drink... Or even when I don't drink for that matter. Used to get tossed from clubs and bars pretty rebularly.

Cis is a Latin term that is the opposite of trans. Trans means something akin to "opposite" or "across", cis means something akin to "here". Common use is naming chemicals, at least I think that is where I first encountered them. It's a stupid misuse of language akin to the common use of "litmus test" as a metaphor.

Men's liability in the case of unwanted pregnancy is a purely economical concern. Morality was only called on a justification level. In other words, the government doesn't give two shits about what is rational or moral, just saving money.

Being an alpha as red pill defines it is unnatural. It takes a lot of effort because, in analogy, it's like learning how to fly a plane to travel a few blocks. I am not saying it is wrong, what I am saying is that you don't have to master all the shit to be successful. In fact, applying too much red pill before you, yourself are ready is going to set yourself up for failure more than just being yourself. I come from a long line of womanizers (I don't consider myself one, but I know the logic) an…

This is not what happens when women say no or else most males would be locked up due to the fact we've all been told no. This BS is just specious diatribe to remove responsibility from women in social interactions. It's just "easier" to create an ambiguous situation than to be grown up and end it.

i never ask, but if she is hitting on you, and gives it up easy its pretty safe to assume her "n" is above average. A girl doesnt need to have screwed a bunch of guys to "fuck like a porn star," a few long relationships can give the same result.

Also most of the women I talk to are very good at smelling bullshit. In fact, I have used other guys failed attempts as a conversation starter many times :) The smiling thing I found very odd. Only thing I can figure is the study used still images(no context.) With that said, many men get giddy when they get nervous, and smile like idiots. If a woman hasn't made me smile-- meh.

Not sure it's so much about being an asshole so much as not being needy and being yourself (confidence). I can't say I have attracted too many women being an asshole, but I have definitely lost them that way. Saying "women like assholes" seems like a gross oversimplification. They like masculinity, which I suppose could seem like being an asshole to people without a backbone (lack of confidence).

I am basically the avocado in a banana peel analogy she puts forth. But a bitch that has been on the cock carousel for most of her teen and adult life is never going to get the chance to unpeeled me because dealing with these women most of my adult life has decidedly put me in the womanizing, hit it and quit it zone. You know what is funny as fuck? Women orbiters. Trying t show how different they are by withholding sex from everyone all together or at least trying to give off that that illusion.…

That is sort of the whole point. You are special, if just for the night. It feeds your sense of needing acceptance and a sort of affirmation of your manhood. At first, you don't need much to gain this feeling, but as you progress you have more And more exacting needs. You have to keep things interwTing.

I wasn't in a frat, but I knew a lot of bros, so I went to a lot of parties and got access to the "upstairs" areas of the parties, etc. It was weird. Girls were there seemingly with the sole mission of fucking bros. it almost didn't matter who. These weren't ugly women. I made some "friends" but to be honest I ended up just taking a lot of women home under the pretense that we were going to fuck. Lol. I'll put it another way... I don't make a habit of sleeping with women I can't respect, or at least like as a person. I don't care how hot she is. I just don't want to hit it if it is that easy. Just cries desperation, and can potentially fuck up your chances with classier women if you get a reputation for riding the community bikes, so to speak. When you are my age, being a man whore is bad for your reputation, and not just in the dating game. Reputation is all a man really has when you get dow…

When younger I rejected fuck tons of pussy. I didn't really like or trust most, and always maintained a few female friends that could be called on. One night stands never really did it for me until I got older, even then... I don't know. Just because a man has a lot of p thrown at him doesn't mean he wants it. Maybe it's just me. Also, not being able to get their claws in me sort of added to the allure I think.

How much toilet paper does it take to soak up a few drops of pee? I don't think it is that it is used for pee, so much as just going overboard with use. With that said, I shit a lot and use more than a typical woman. Everyone's different. edit: I can't believe I am getting this much hate over toilet paper. There is also just disinterest. And for some reason women like that-- I don't care, I need a woman like a hole in the head and any prospects I promptly shoot down unless it means immediate strings free sex with no lasting relationship. I am not beautiful. Not ugly, but not beautiful. I am also not alpha--maybe sigma, but not alpha. To be honest I am not entirely sure why I have had the success with women I have. I just talk to them and shit happens. My friends tend to be alpha types, but I have taken females from under their nose at social events. This is why I don't understand some of the red pill vibe. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable with both men and women is more or less esstial to proper mature socialization. Don't let a couple sour experiences stunt you for years. Like anything else there is a right and wrong way about going about it. If nothing else being able to do this and, this is important, expect nothing in return is a sign that you are open, and able to take that punch if it happens. That is you are strong enough to handle any criticism that may come of it. Just don't come off as…

Lowes carries it. But you are right, usually drain cleaners are some sort of lye product. Interesting fact, you can mix the sulfuric acid with table salt and get dry hydrogen chloride gas, which you can use to make very pure hydrochloric acid. I did a lot of stupid shit as a teenager.
/r/MensRights22/03/15 01:16 AM

Sulfuric acid forms an azeotrope with water, so you are going to be hard pressed to find higher concentrations than 90% outside of a chemical supply company-- definitely not in a hardware store. Hydrochloric acid is formed when hydrogen chloride is dissolved into water, and this process has a limit (iir) of around 30%. 90% sulfuric acid is extremely reactive, definitely strong enough to cause injury or disfiguration on contact if it isn't handled promptly.
/r/MensRights21/03/15 07:59 PM

IIR Battery acid is only around 30% sulfuric acid. You can buy drain cleaner that is ~90% sulfuric acid in the plumbing section of your local hardware store. Just look for the jug inside of a plastic bag. It burns pretty quickly.

Set out with the aim of being rejected. Purposefully put yourself in that position. Once you are okay with that, work on talking to them as people. Work your way up from there. Its important to get the rejection hangup out of the way. It'll fuck you up like nothing else. You'll see it isn't so bad, it can even be entertaining. One step at a time man. Good luck to you.

Manipulation isn't really not the way to go, but if you really want to do it... hang out with Ashley more (and have fun), then when you are with Sarah talk about Ashley and your times together. Play up Ashley's good points. Don't talk about anything intimate if it happens though, that just makes you look shitty. You really don't need to do very much. However, you may find that Sarah doesn't care. I don't encourage this type of behavior, but people need to learn their own lessons in life to reall…
