It's different rules based on sex. That's sexist. I think it's a good idea, i met my wife on bumble. It's acknowledging that the game is different for the two sexes (which is also sexist) and designing a system to work better. I'm not saying it's bad, just that because it has a different system for each sex it is sexist.
