No -- some people, from age 12 and on, are naturally never like that and the concept of having approach anxiety never crosses their mind. These are the natural alphas.

I think the issue is some people -- a certain minority -- are able to replicate Alpha tendencies and become somewhat of an alpha. Others are doing their best, but never quite achieve it. This is probably the vast majority of internet commenters who discuss game. Sigma is not a behavior that is easily learned. Leahn gave the best advice. Don't try to make it fit her schedule or you will seem needy and pitiful. You want to appear like the busy one who is allotting some meager time out of your day to meet with her. Always appear to have a full, busy schedule. People respect that. Just don't talk about it endlessly (people do not respect that!)
