You don't cite actual evidence of sexism. You cite a lifestyle article from the nytimes commenting on a report by "Sylvia Ann Hewlett, the founder of the Center for Work-Life Policy, a nonprofit organization that studies women and work." The report apparently faults "macho culture" and long hours as problems for women in science. These are problems for all individuals in science not just women.

It is a link to a NYtimes article that concludes the problem is "pervasive macho culture". That doesn't provide a lot of information, nor does it provide evidence of sexism.
