If a girl was dancing or enjoying herself I would wait for my eyes to cross paths or just literally go up and say hi and ask what their name is in Korean. Then I’d say something about the music or something (if their English was good enough). But for most girls, the moment I even said hi and they looked my way they either literally just did not respond/turned their head away.
