I agree but I'd also add one must ascend to a higher level of understanding to be able to handle the naked truth. Well, they say meditation is lifting for the brain. Personally however, other than hitting the gym regularly (i never feel sluggish preworkout anymore) I started expressing my creativity through paleo-cooking, billiards, learning foreign languages but most of all I feel the urge to talk more to people; listen to them and express myself aswell - so you could say I channeled my energy into that. I think my biggest achievement with nofap is increased willpower. You know - saying "no" to any kind of dopamine rush is exercise in willpower because it works like a muscle; if you train it you get better at it..(but dont overdo it going hardmode)..
