Technically if you're at least 10% native american you can receive grants and scholarships. Mostly because they are so underutilized. Being 1/8th I could have but it wouldn't have sat right with me. This is just a grey area where technically the law states this, but to say otherwise would give freedom to child pornography, so judges go with it because they've never seen it, don't expect to again and don't want to open the can of worms in trying to fix it. Of course police now know about it and can act this way until someone takes it further up or someone changes the law.

Judge just violated several constitutional rights. Liberty and freedom of speech/ separation of church and state. You can't force someone to say I do, or give religious ceremonies. Throw him the fuck out and put him in front of a real judge

Whenever someone scoffs at the idea of mensrights, that just goes to show that it's not even being considered. Not saying that its the same base placement in society vs. Historically but whenever someone's rights weren't considered in the past their rights were being abused. Make sure no one breaks character, talk to a lawyer beforehand-make sure he doesn't charge you for just talking with him. If the school threatens suspension give them his card and say should I have him call you or do you wanna call him. I'm sure you can find someone willing to fight on your side.
