Does the truth of her comment change whether she was on a date recently or 10 years ago? Or is a fat doctor wrong in giving health advice he doesn't follow?

Yes because collectively we are all slaves to emotions even if individually it can happen. You're asking for men to demand women less. That simply won't happen. Write all you want but nothing will change in terms of actual behavior. Dating sites will have women swiping once for every 10-50 male swipes for the rest of our lives. The men "decentering" women are ones who struggled anyways and will turn to puppy dogs the moment an attractive woman gives them attention Your anger example is simple. I…

Old man yells at clouds. You might as well tell rabbits to be less focused on sex Evolution made it is men demand women much more. In an environment where survival is difficult and finding any new women is tough it makes sense for men to have tons of motivation for women. But now internet is able to efficiently aggregate all the demand men have and it doesn't match the demand women have. Might as well say people should be less hungry or thirsty

I'm 30 and have a net worth of 700k. I've found that it doesn't really affect dating as much as people say. I've tried hiding wealthy, flaunting it and in-between

What? This is just a cold hard realism for all of human behavior

What did majority of PUA's spend majority of their time doing?

I completely disagree. The trend and name and advice changes but it's all different takes on cold approach. Whether it's PUA, game or seduction or whatever you want to call it. If you break down PUA time wise it's 95%+ cold approach Yes pua has bad advice like negging but most of your time is just spent cold approaching

PUA is exposed as a fraud that doesn’t work But that's just objectively false. Plenty of guys have gotten laid from just starting to cold approach women. Sure the success rate is low and only some men have good success but if anyone is getting laid from it then it works

I think you're confusing it. The same woman is both depending on the type of man viewing it. Gold diggers are undesired because they're by men who don't want sugar babies. A gold digger is a sugar baby by a man who wants a sugar baby. Most men don't want a sugar baby hence fear of gold diggers

I feel like 50 shades of grey is a sort of female equivalent Plain Jane has rich billionaire add sexual excitement to her life Makes perfect sense as a fantasy for either genre

I've almost never seen attractive women date men shorter than them Even women fine with shorter men are saying it in context where the short man is still taller

I've never had a somewhat attractive woman message me first on tinder

So you and the ideology you built don't apply to the vast majority of men who are human enough to feel loneliness and aren't satisfied with pay for sex. I get you don't have social needs but at least be aware enough that whatever "works for you" is not applicable to most people. The advice is also said everywhere. Like no shit look better and make more money

Absolutely nothing most people haven't tried before. Especially the struggling ones who put effort, experiment and still no results Seems like 99% rule 1 and 2

In middle of conversation and conversation lulls how specifically to you bring it back to be fun Like specific questions, comments etc you route to when one topic is ending I get a lot is spontaneous but realistically you can't explain that so rather I'm focusing on what you can

I think you've inadvertently pointed out how you need a series of attributes in order to have a girl will to go direct to your place for a date Height Muscle Game You lack one and direct to home from tinder isn't that feasible for guys who have the barest of standards (not chubby)

I'm betting you aren't shorter than 5 foot 6

Then you have to lean into the k-pop look as much as you can even if it feels a bit ridiculous and target the niche into that Really doesn't matter if you're actually japanese or Chinese as long as you're not indian you can likely pull it off

I studied engineering and during that time I'd say at least 50% of dudes didn't have hookups and many despite trying

Useless advice that sounds helpful. Have you actually tried to take regular cooking classes? They don't exist on meetup for example Normally they are one off classes for at least $40 and more like $60-80. They don't repeat weekly with same group so you don't have as much opportunity to build a connection over time Also paid events tend to filter out younger women under 30 and attract couples. Realistically you need free or at very least re-occuring where each class isn't the same and I couldn't …

How is hair transplants even gender affirming? Just because men do it? Being bald only happens to men so in theory being bald is fundamentally more masculine than having hair It's an aesthetics based surgery that mostly men do so totally different category

Dating app
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/25 04:37 PM

Then rewrite your title it's completely wrong click bait I get your argument but people don't care that much about the study especially outside of niche internet forums. they care about the conclusions which people still believe are true regardless of study. They just use study to reinforce arguments they already believe in based on other evidence
/r/PurplePillDebate20/12/25 05:45 PM

You can ignore that study and still make similar conclusions from recent dating app experience. But ultimately it comes down to biology and dating apps just reveal human nature. In biology there is pair bonding species and tournament. The former are monogamous while in the latter there is 90%+ of the mating done by 5% of the male population. Key sign is sexual dimorphism where you notice differences in genders. Pair bonding there's no difference while the more tournament based the more sexual di…

I've found the hotter the woman the more likely she expects for you to pay. Moral character is kinda random on girls who expect you to pay can be 50/50. But definitely found moral character way better on girls who do 50/50

It won't happen though I'd like it to. Any social time increased by that would be offset wayyy more by few % of people spending hours and hours on romantic chat bots as they get better. Even if AI fills everywhere online the dating apps will have more incentive to keep real people and majority of dating will be done online. Then it influences dating dynamics even if you meet in person because you're compared to other options. All the articles of "people dropping dating apps for speed dating" is …

Yep pretty much what will happen. Just a consequence of online dating allowing the "market" of dating to be more "efficient". We evolved to have friction in the dating market where demand held by men for women would make them have to pursue over physical area local to them. So it caused men to have huge amounts of demand for women to motivate them enough to pursue despite challenges. Now we have same level of demand for women but much much easier to send the signal so women get drowned. This fun…

But you should know the game theory in those situations inherently support a "greed is good" perspective rather than such myth causing those dynamics. It's just decision optimization given specific situations. I don't think the problem is this "myth" but rather more systemic foundational misalignment
/r/PurplePillDebate29/10/25 09:07 AM

It's not the sex but having a woman you want to be clearly love with you is the greatest thing in the world. Being desired by women you desire is soooo intoxicating. I've been lucky enough to experience it a couple times but there's men out there who never will and others who can have it every other day/week. It's a tragic reality Simply buying sex is like nothing in comparison

Yeah I've noticed the intensity of my bonds with women tend to trend lower as my body count has gone up
