4	Improving Eye Contact - Guy's who have significantly improved in this area, what tricks did you use? This is probably complete bullshit, but I searched for some videos on YouTube of hot chicks staring into the camera and then forced myself to hold eye contact with them for what I would normally think to be uncomfortable amounts of time in real life. 3	Why do guys TRY to make me nervous? How do I stop giving them that satisfaction and become more confident? I'm a guy in my early 20's who used to have the same problem (and still do, but to a lesser extent now).
