Anger phase. Disillusion. It gets better, just keep bettering yourself and try to get what you want out of relationships.

For more on this topic read "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." It really helped me understand the dynamic, what men need and why they need it, and what women need and why they need it.

Maybe this is the female version of it?

This post touches on things covered in depth in "The 7 habits of highly successful people" by Steven Covey. It's a great book and has been influential in my life.

I was this guy for a year and a half. Never a dull moment with a crazy girl. Eventually she drained all the life out of me, I realized my situation and vowed never to return. I discovered red pill a decade later and wished my Dad had been able to teach me about it. But what could I expect from him, he's blue pill. I hope your friend snaps out of it someday and realizes he can fuck hotter girls who are less trouble. He has to come to the realization on his own. I had everyone telling me to get ou…

Guy here. The modern relationship dynamic can be exhausting. That's why I think a lot of people are exploring outside the box relationships from seemingly simple FWB, to polyamory, to conscious celibacy, to many others. I feel your pain. I don't think it should be as hard as it is, but for some reason yes, many people are GTOW. A "relationship" doesn't have to be the most important thing in your life, but I hope you can find some ways to get your needs met while also pursuing your passions and h…

I agree with all of that. And you're right about the last point. Remember that a man without a clear vision of his future will always return to his past. OP use this experience to know what you want and move towards that. No backsliding- whether it be a girl, career, lifestyle, hobby etc.

Misleading title. Should be "Ex of Millionaire......" Except that now that she stole the jewels and is getting away with it I guess it's correct to call her a millionaire.

You could probably do both. "Way of the Superior Man," is pretty short and can absolutely be done one chapter a day, or about 5 minutes at a time. I've read it a few times, years apart. I disliked Wild nights and only got a few chapters in. It seemed forced and didn't really jive with me, but that was years ago.

Are you typically judgmental of other people too? Maybe you need to love and accept yourself first, then you can let others be who they are. I know that might not give you a "strategy", but I think it gets to the real heart of the matter. By the way, I love and accept you for being you, even with whatever flaws you perceive you have.

Their laugh. Their perspectives on things. The way they can be really nurturing. The way that they like to connect - this applies to us, but also how they keep social connections alive and well. How they keep a home. How they can make me feel desired and needed. How they can get me out of my comfort zone. Their companionship. Their warm body to hold in bed at night. How they can listen and help change perspective on an issue I might have.

I think rent is essential. You never want them to stay with you because it would be more expensive to find their own place. I had a girlfriend do this. I was only charging her $250 rent to be nice. We had a great thing, but moving in together was not working out and I told her that things would probably be better if she had her own place. I overheard her on the phone with a girlfriend saying that she wasn't financially ready to move out. I let it slide. Two months later I had to give her the boo…

Learning about seduction has taught me about women, which has taught me about how they work, which has helped me immensely in my committed, monogamous relationships more than anything that I learned from my upbringing (parents, siblings, society etc.) I used to wander around in the dark in relationships, now things are much clearer.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If she's a 10 to you she's a 10 to you.

YES! I was going to add reading the "Five Love Languages" to your post, but you did it there at the end. This is very important. It's a short read that will save you a ton of wandering around in the dark.

exactly. What classes are you taking? Why did you choose this school? Playing any intramural sports? I'm thinking of starting a co-ed (fill in the blank) team, wanna play? Did you play sports in high-school? Basically anything to gain common ground.
