| 28 | Dopamine and YouDepends on the type of podcast (Comedy vs Scientific/Academic) and I suppose it could also depend on the type of music (for example some Rachmaninov vs Limp Bizkit). I found that the ease and gratification of putting on the Adam Carola show every morning on my way to work started invading my thinking time too much.
