"Discussion of sexual strategy" is literally the definition of TRP in the sidebar. Not knocking him, but that's what this is supposed to be about.

If you understand TRP, yeah it's a reminder. But for 99% of guys it's not going to help.

I'll defend MFA too. Go there, ignore the shit that looks too young/too out there/too gay for you. Learn how shit should fit, learn what goes together, learn how not to look like an idiot or a try hard. Fit is king. GQ can also suck a dick though

I like his answer. Get a beer and shoot pool or something. Doesn't necessarily have to be athletic.

Why would they be banned for that? Sounds almost identical to everything Tyler/Owen says in every single video

If you ever visit subs like MFA and places like Styleforum they follow a lot of those practices. Hugely against obnoxious branding, GQ and magazines are retarded, and tech/workwear is immensely popular. Most people into fashion also advocate saying fuck what everyone thinks about what I'm wearing, I do what I want. That being said, even in communities that supposedly have these ideals, peacocking and showing off what brands you're wearing is still an issue. And before anyone says how gay MFA is,…

They ARE supposed to piss you off. Everyone freaks out once they start to GET it finally. The point is to understand how it works and adapt and take advantage

It's a very common criticism of SS that there's too much leg work and no hypertrophy work. But it's called Starting STRENGTH not starting aesthetics for a reason. It's "meant" for athletes not body builders. That being said most people advise to do it (or Stronglifts) for <4 months to develop a strength base and then switch to a BB routine. If I could do things over I would do Stronglifts and then add some extra hypertrophy on top of it. BB splits are definitely right about some things.
