That's interesting. I think that's the first time I've heard that. I want to know your fantasy lol.

Yup, just try to keep adding little by little while your body adjusts. Even just a serving of peanut butter or a little treat before bed can really make a difference. Lifting definitely will burn calories but probably not as many as you'd expect (Walking likely burns more). It's less about how much you sweat and more about how much you can damage the muscle and recover for growth/strength. For many people including myself it could shift your body into a more anabolic state and increase your appe…

Well that's good! I love taking walks as well. It's exercise and relaxing at the same time for me. You could also try weightlifting if you are able. It could help with your sleep and weight gain (you would still need to eat more but really doesn't burn many calories and it might actually stimulate your appetite). It definitely did for me and it's so good for you. Sorry but I did say all my solutions suck (actually very rewarding but tough to be consistent with), and if you talk to me enough I wi…

I find that if I am not active enough for a day or two I will be able to fall asleep, but I won't sleep long enough. Yoga is great though. Other things that helped me were regulating my light exposure around bedtime (both screens and indoor lighting), maintaining a routine sleep/wake time, and getting sunlig…

Bottom left has to be a troll. I feel like I've seen the top right pic at least 300 times.

Yes but all of my solutions suck lol. What has your activity level been like? I don't think you should try to go the medication route if you don't have to. I've heard worrying things about melatonin and it's best to be able to get your rest naturally anyway.

Yup. If I burn calories I sleep like a baby. If I do nothing all day my sleep gets all fucky.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
