5	Somehow doubt many women lost fingers in factories to make a living I don't have a link, but there were female miners, I remember reading about them in a book about coal and how it affected England. -1	Feminism tackling the important issues In French, many words are gendered and it gets a bit hard to remember when a word is masculine or feminine, but masculine words are always first in dictionaries and such. So once teacher corrected a gendered spelling mistake and just muttered how female words will become the base word instead of male.
