A company always has the right to refuse customers service No they do not - not in America. This is such a ridiculous misconception and pretty much the entire reason the civil rights act of 1964 exists. A taxi would fall under a place of public accommodation, and therefore cannot just exclude a group of peoples based upon discrimination.

Cutting men's hair is different from women's hair, and a barber is expected to know how to do facial hair. Sure, you can learn how to do both but I'd rather trust someone who has been doing men's hair for decades over a hair stylist who mostly does women's hair, and I'd imagine vice versa. It's sort of like asking a urologist to be your gynecologist.

Unbiased-PoV: If it reduced their productivity, why should the employer pay them the same? Why would anyone hire a woman if they had to pay the same unless forced to by the government? I could understand negotiating unpaid leave for a few days out of the month. Anecdotal-Pov: I've worked with women and I've never noticed women working worse due to menstruation... and I never know if they are or not. I've worked with people who couldn't do the job and it never had anything to do with their gender…

Child support is based on the parents income, not what they need for living expenses. If anything, $16k might be too low. She's worth $70,000,000 with a yearly income of $16,000,000. $16k a month is about 1.2% of her total income. I've seen people get a much, much higher %age of their income taken in child support.

Rape in many countries(including USA) is defined only as penetration of the victim in the anus or vagina. Women completely dominate the rape statistics... because the law is made for them. However, it never occurred to me that regular condoms may not fit, especially because I had learned that only a supposed "small" percentage of men required a nonstand size of condom.
