Why do the best interests of somebody else's child supercede the rights to your income and property?
/r/TheRedPill31/05/17 01:45 PM

"rights of the child" is code for "the state doesn't want to pay for this whelp if any male is available"

There is one word that is severely lacking in our culture today: moderation. Too much of anything is unhealthy. If you sit on your ass playing video games all day, you have the same lack of moderation as someone who sits on their ass eating desserts all day. I enjoy the occasional ice cream, as well as the occasional hour gaming session. The self-control to say "that is enough" is what's important. I don't gorge myself with food, I know when I've eaten enough, or had enough to drink. This is wha…

Anything "medical" costs 10x what normal stuff costs. A good pair of scissors might cost $10. "Medical" scissors costs $100. Plus all drugs here are more expensive than anywhere else in the world just because the drug companies know they can charge that much here. If you have a chronic issue like cancer, or you need non-life threatening major surgery, you are better off flying out of country to have it done. You will save yourself a fortune, even if you have insurance.

Most hospitals if you tell them you are paying without insurance they will cut the bill substantially, over 50% usually. Its still bullshit.

In this example, women can't consent when drunk and they aren't responsible for their actions when drunk EXCEPT if they drive a car. Then they magically are fully responsible. When a male is drunk and a woman is sober, the drunk male is still responsible and can consent. If they are both drunk, the woman can't consent because she is drunk BUT the male can't use his drunkenness as an excuse because, like driving a car, being drunk is no excuse and you still maintain responsibility. I guess drunk …

By "the same goods and services" they obviously arent referring to things that are actually the exact same goods and services. They are talking about SIMILAR goods and services, such as hygiene products, clothes, haircuts, undergarments, bathing suits, hair products, makeup etc. Most men use basic or inexpensive generic versions of most of these things without any special expensive ingredients, fabrics, or features. Most women DO and are willing to pay more for it. Its not like comparing two ide…

I never got that whole bit of "accustomed." If you are living in a two income household, there is no way you will have the same standard of living if suddenly changes into a one income household, not without seriously taking a huge chuck out of one person's income. So THEY live in squalor so the other party can live like they did when they were married with a two income household. "All for the sake of the children." As if they will never go and visit and stay with the other party in his squalor.…

my point is that they want more than that. they want equality of outcomes too. So if 50% of the class at the beginning is women, but only 10% of the class at the end that passes is women, they will change the rules to favor women more thinking it unequal.
/r/MensRights22/06/16 11:42 AM
2

I think as a society we need to decide what we mean by "equal." If they mean equality of opportunity and equal rights, we've already achieved that. If they mean equality of outcomes, I want nothing to do with it. Not everyone is equal in abilities, and trying to force everything to be exactly equal is forcing a lot of injustice and true inequality in the form of favoritism.

I've read a couple of her so called articles. She pretty much mocks anything masculine, and then mocks men for not being that which she was previously mocking. In her eyes female oriented products and services are ok but male oriented ones are a either a joke because its "not masculine" or it might be something she or other women like and therefore marketed towards anyone.

The worst part is giving someone 50% of the assets usually results in liquid assets, as that person knows nothing about running or being involved in the business and would rather have a cash payout than keep the investment as a silent partner. Problem is, businesses almost never have liquid assets, so selling them off quickly at a huge loss is all that can be done, that or sell off the business but that takes time and the right circumstances. Seems like hiring a surrogate mother and a full time …

Tinder has gone way WAYYY downhill. When I first tried it out I was swiping right almost all the time. Now im swiping left 10 to 1. Fat, unattractive women are all on it now looking for attention and validation.

They are going to lose a key demographic in men then. Telling us something is or isnt attractive is not going to magically make it so. Hot women are put on TV because they are attractive to men. Men arent into that body type just because its on TV.

So the child is the property of the mother and the father has no say pre-birth, unless she willfully endangers it herself. Then its the guys fault. So essentially a baby is like a limb on a child: yes its the childs limb but the adult responsible gets in trouble if the child tries to chop it off and the parent doesnt stop her.

Men aren't valued by society. Women are to be believed always, especially when there are tears involved. When this guy posted a picture that contradicted her persona and story, he was the evil one for making her look bad on her PR page. If a man caves a woman's face in he is one of the most evil scum on the planet. If a woman gives a guy a black eye he is a pussy and "yo go girl!"

Yeah. Several mistakes were made on both sides. Why would a team pick up a ten day starter when they can go ahead and get a 5 day starter? Because its sexist to suggest that women are not completely 100% equal or better to men in every possible way, and they only reason they perform poorly is the patriarchy holding them back for thousands of years.

We had been texting a bit before meeting up, but there is nothing there to suggest that there was or wasnt consent other than her general interest in me. There is nothing to be gained by being "shit the bed drunk." At best you'll be buzzed and pass out. At worst you'll make a stupid decision like getting behind the wheel of a car or fucking a girl you don't know without using protection. A lot of bad can come from that. Honestly some of the more frugal people can be completely irritating and party poopers with their inability to ever part with their money for anything. I save money but I also spend it on things I enjoy doing. I can see her point of view at being frustrated that he would rather eat potato soup and watch netflix than have hobbies or activities. You could get something nice and classy. If the girl really cares about how big or small the stone is, that is your safety valve to bail. My best friend gave a simple diamond to his girlfriend for a ring, she was of the more traditional type- as close to a unicorn as possible. She married him and they have two kids together.
/r/TheRedPill10/10/15 12:27 AM
4

This is it exactly. They dont care that it has no resale value (they cant think that far ahead anyway.) All they care about is the status of the man the ring represents (and by extension how that status reflects on her.) Its a status symbol, like an ultra-expensive car, backstage passes, bottle service etc. To men its a useless trinket.

Its a toss up but I still think your biggest mistake was physically getting the girl off your date's seat. She had already shown that she was completely self-centered and probably crazy, so escalating the situation could have been catastrophic if she had taken a dive. At that point there would have been bouncers and white knights throwing you out of the bar and possibly battery charges if she was crazy enough. Reading that article pissed me off, especially the quote about "A woman incapacitated through drink and drugs is incapable of giving consent." So the woman is also absolved from seeking consent from a drunken man? They act as if they are children. Getting drunk and not to be held responsible for anything they say or do while drunk (except if they sit behind the wheel of a car then they magically are completely responsible for their actions and being drunk is not an excuse.) Most women that have asked me seem to have a hard time believing the experiences of men and women on dating sites is different. They go there and just show up and get hundreds of messages a day. Former Catholic here. Catholics can never be divorced in the church's eyes, so getting a pre-nup is both pointless and a terrible way to start off the "lifelong" marriage. That said, I've seen plenty of very conservative Catholic marriages split. They legally divorce but the church still considers them married so they basically have to be celibate for the rest of their lives to avoid being in sin, which pretty much none of them do.

Yeah water only damages electronics by shorting and corrosion forming pathways that make the shorts permanent. If you immediately unplug the console and let it dry. Perhaps even get a hairdryer and blow on it for a few hours and then let it sit for about a week in a dry environment. (Heck even open it up and put some rice in it. That will absorb the moisture) After that, and dumping the bitch who damaged your property, you should be good to go.

He is worth $18billion but almost certainly doesnt have most of even half of it in liquid assets. She is going to want, and the courts are going to grant her, cash instead of assets. So he is going to lose more than 50% when he is forced to prematurely sell off assets to get $9billion in cash, as he is going to try to keep investments in the most profitable ventures. Im sure her "marital support" was worth $9billion. Because thats all she was. That and an escort to carry around.

2 years common law marriage basically? That is nothing. It seems like its completely setup to screw men out of their assets, since in most circumstances, id imagine, men have more to lose and women to gain.

The smarter thing to do in this situation is instead of leveraging two incomes for an expensive house, save and invest for the time when the gravy train stops, either through divorce or a kid. Always be prepared for the day you have to be back on your own. You dont want to be that guy who isnt prepared and cant leave the cheating slut because he doesnt have an escape plan.

I would say live together, raise kids if possible, but dont sign over half your shit (or more) to her. Reminds me of a girl I dated a year ago. When I added her on facebook we had a mutual friend. When I asked how she knew the other girl she said they were sorority sisters. Turns out the other girl was a girl I went on a couple dates with and stopped. It also turns out she was a complete slut in college, banging over 60 guys and generally known as the sorority cum dumpster. Also known for trying to get guys with girlfriends to fuck her by the end of the night.

/r/TheRedPill30/10/14 09:22 PM

Yeah the way the government works is they will get ANYBODY to pay for welfare and child support. They dont care who it is, as long as its not them. So this guy owes the money because he is listed on the form, and people listed on the form are liable. They are slaves to the process, because if his name is on the form, it must be there for a reason and since there is a listed father, he must pay.

They seem to keep ignoring the big difference between proving somebody made a bad faith false rape claim, and not being able to prove that a rape occurred. The false rape claim has to be proven without a doubt and not being able to prove her claim of rape doesn't automatically mean she made a false rape claim in bad faith. There is evidence required in both, but oh yeah thats right, they dont want to need evidence to make a rape claim. Their word should be good enough!

According to the school policy, he was never drunk. He was sober in their eyes. They disregarded the fact that he was drunk. It didn't matter because he should have known better. She is a female who can't be held responsible for her actions. I wonder what the catalyst for changing her mind on this was. Because everyone who has been sexually assaulted doesn't goto the police the next day and waits 2 weeks before filing a complaint with the college.
/r/TheRedPill17/09/14 05:05 PM

Basically they are saying she is too drunk to be responsible for her actions, except if she drove home after the "nonconsensual" sex. Then she would be responsible for DUI. But not for sex. Im under the opinion that women dont actually have 5 senses. They have one "supersense" they use to get through life: drama. They send it out like sonar and it comes back to them as feelings, letting them feel their surroundings and actually feel alive. Without drama the female is blind, sensory deprived, and at serious risk to indulge in overeating binges.

When they list these things like "I'm constantly getting groped at the club" they are telling everyone how sexually attractive they are that they have to fight them off. Should be more like #Yes20%women

When a women says "ill never sleep with a guy on the first date" they are doing the same thing. Because they will under the right circumstances. What they are saying is I won't NOW or WITH YOU or WITH HIM, not I wont EVER.

Keep in mind you may have to pay income tax based on the valuation of the car. The IRS might see this as an attempt at circumventing taxes or hiding income.

never call the police about domestic violence if you are a man. LEAVE the premises, go to the local police station and file a restraining order against her. The cops cannot help you if you are a man and will only arrest you. She will start screaming and crying and lying and boom you are fucked.

Biologically it isnt. She is a breedable female and he is a male capable of impregnating her. Culturally, socially, and arguably morally its wrong, but nature seems to disagree.

I discovered this place due to constant non-stop derogatory bashing of it being the "anus of reddit" without ever really explaining why. When I got here it all made sense why a bunch of white knights and guys with their testicles in a lockbox would hate it.

no. I dont flush water balloons down the toilet either. I flush paper designed to break down rapidly and not things that dont break down.

Im not going to flush a latex condom down the toilet.

Here is what I do. Since blowing your load in a condom means your dick gets to marinate in it for a few minutes, I goto the bathroom rather quickly after sex is done. First, I fill the condom up with water to make sure its watertight and didnt break. Then I dump the contents into the toilet, then leave the condom inside out, wipe it off with TP, throw that in the toilet, and wrap the remains up in TP and bury it in the trash. This takes about 30-45 seconds and is worth much more than 18 years of…

All she has to say is you tried to rape her and she was just defending herself and you are fucked. They will believe her and she won't get in trouble at all for lying. The burden will be on you to prove her wrong, which you won't be able to.

exactly. She would flip out and scream he tried to rape her and she was just defending herself and the cops would have tazed him, probably slammed his face into the hood of the car, and booked him.

It's not about being blind. In order for any successful human interaction there has to be some basic trust. You will start questioning your sanity if you are convinced everything she tells you is a lie and the opposite is true. I had a girl ditch me for her "gay best friend." It's not your fault she is a lying cunt.

I was more thinking along the lines of abortion if the timing is wrong and the girl is nuts, or neither of us are ready or in a position to raise a child.

So you think thats bad? I had a date once where they replied to the confirmation with "im on my way!" and then never showed up. I waited 45 minutes at the bar because I figured traffic or parking or something weird, especially since they did confirm. But they flaked and never messaged me again.

I feel like dating sites are a microcosm of this. The only girls that initiate are those you wouldn't want to date or respond to anyway. The more attractive ones just sit back and complain about all the creeps who message them.

At that point you might as well just own up to the father and be in the child's life just to piss of the mother, and try to bond with the kid.

Her karma train will catch up to her. You might have a case to support yourself. She never went to a doctor for injuries and cant prove you assaulted her, plus you have the testimony of your co-workers. Plus you can have her take a toxicology test and prove she is on drugs. These are all things your lawyer should probably be telling you.
