Thank you that’s a great response. Much appreciated. How much do you weigh and height if you don’t mind. I’m getting tricep tendinitis which I think BJJ pushed me over the edge on. As I was lifting and surfing a lot which works that tendon a lot already, then the only change I made was add BJJ. After surfing my tricep tendons would be shaking and in pain horrible for 1-2 hours. I rested and thought it was fine but at the gym today it actually flared up again So right now I’ve got a wrap on on an…

Awesome. I think I’ll start lifting again 3x a week and if I need to, back off a bit of BJJ and try to balance things out. Then I will do more and more as I can. Think a big thing i need to do is manage my time/ stop distractions and eat a lot more. What’s your lift routine if you could tell me more? Appreciate all the help man

Can you clarify what you mean focus on one at a time? Do you mind giving me a breakdown of your routine / how often you lift/BJJ?

I mostly do 3x a week, 2 hours a day. And then once on the weekend for an hour. Those are the main days we have BJJ. The other days are No Gi (so teaching how to do BJJ without the suit) and MMA (kickboxing, punches) Maybe instead I’ll drop a Gi class or only do an hour. It is a fuck ton, but I feel like if I miss a class I’ll miss a lot of info.

I’m thinking once I can expand my business (setting up systems to not work as much and overall hone down the process), I can make more money and time and start meal prepping or paying for a service. Though I’m still not sure how to prioritize BJJ/surfing/lifting. I’d say BJJ and Surfing are both hobbies that also offer cardio, BJJ / MMA teaches me to fight and gives confidence and also the benefit of being social Lifting raises test, makes you look good, raises confidence a ton, isn’t social for…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
