only say it if you feel from yourself and from her that it's the right thing to say in that moment. i sealed it with my ex by saying, "i want you to be my girlfriend." be a little more assertive of what you want, in a non-aggressive way

100% added bonus: 3- if you're suffering from any mental health issues, they either become significantly reduced or eliminated entirely due to your new healthy lifestyle thanks to eliminating the concoction of bullshit that was causing it all to begin with.

coming from personal experience and hours upon hours of research, i think a lot of our problems with seduction can be either greatly reduced or eliminated entirely if we work on the inner game and get rid of our bad habits making things harder for us. mark manson tells guys in models to completely eliminate candy, soda, fast food, etc and recommends his no-porn diet where you cut it out entirely for a month. there's all kinds of science behind what porn does to our brains, and i think it definit…

i've said twice now i have no hositility towards society or the companies doing it to us, and encourage others to not be either but rather be aware of what's happening shame on them for doing what they do with no regard to our health, but ultimately we have to take ownership and responsibility for the behaviors we allow ourselves to engage in

no debate there. what i'm saying is as a society we've been more prone to depression and anxiety more than ever thanks to the monetary benefit of addiction, and it's destroying men's self-image and well-being which is obviously crippling their game as well.

definitely. i don't want people to misinterpret this. that's why i said not to revolt against these companies. they make it much harder for us, but ultimately it's our decision to consume what they put in front of us. for anyone suffering, we need to be aware that this is what's causing it, and instead of develop a victim mentally and blame them, peacefully decline to consume. both parties are at fault, but no one is forcing anyone.

because i feel like i'm onto something, and i want people to counter-argue to challenge this belief. this might be the answer staring at us right in the freaking face all along and could solve literally all of our problems

of course! the most powerful being abstinance of those addictions

yeah i've noticed most people i've known and met seemed to have it all figured out in terms of self-confidence and high self-esteem. for me, i've battled with it my entire life and went through periods of crippling heartbreak and depression which made me ultimately realize that there's actually nothing wrong with me, rather the things i'm consuming both physically and visually that are destroying me internally. i think most people with depression and anxiety are just more susceptible to it than …

feeling indifferent towards women and fighting a primal drive is a battle you'll never win. you should love the presence of women. at the same time, don't prioritize them. your life comes first

Man this is just creating explosions in my brain. Great post to get it firing on all cylinders. It's eye opening once you start looking at it all. i had this epiphany put itself together more and more as this week progressed, and really opened my eyes. i feel the same way. it's like something changed in the air, and i was able to snap out of this haze i've been caught in since i was too young to conciously understand it. if porn was as available to me as a twelve year old as it is now, i would b…

that kinda proves my point, doesn't it? edit: coca-cola has been around since the 1900s. a company that literally used to lace their products with cocaine to make them more addictive

Learn how to become a worthy man and game yourself i like this. never seen this before. got me thinking, "if i were to game myself, what kinds of behaviors would i find really attractive within me? what behaviors would be unnatractive?"

right i away i think of my second serious relationship. was about eight years ago. dated for a year, went through a break-up, and one night i did ecstasy with some friends. was still really heartbroken but in the moment i was high i felt like everything was right and was gonna be okay, and she'd easily understand and take me back. if you've rolled before you know what this feels like. sent her a five page text message pouring my heart out to her, just for her to respond with maybe two sentences …

they'll never approach you because they don't need to. they get approached all the time. think if you received a daily inheritance of $1000 from your family. you wouldn't really have any reason or pressure to go out and make money yourself

use it as motivation, eat healthier and cut bad foods & sugar so your skin looks better, and obviously exercise. only takes 2-3 weeks to start seeing/feeling a difference as long as you commit

yeah as in what's pressuring you to make a change? not getting the specific guys you want? girls usually don't have too much reason to get into seduction

interesting. what leverage do you have that pushes you to do this as a girl?

i only approach and use dating apps actively if i feel good internally. otherwise it's a complete waste of time and i'm only hurting myself, and not learning. i have to be in full control of my life without the chance of any bad habits messing up my brain, then when the fundamentals are all solid and set in place i can go out and level up

i'm discovering more and more that the absolute biggest hinderances to my game is a bad diet and porn use. even if it's moderated

you might be in your head too much, and can't think of the words to say. this happens to me when i eat bad foods. long story short your brain gets inflammated and slows down. in conversation you aren't really supposed to be 'thinking', you should just be feeling what to say and it should flow naturally. i'd cut all the processed food for 3-4 days just to test it out on yourself and see how you feel.

what do your habits look like? all of my social anxiety can be traced back to my diet (sugar and fried foods), and porn use.

this is a post i really wish i would have seen months ago. thank you for this. i need to come back to this repeatedly. this connects the dots to a lot of confusion that's been floating around my head for a while now

keep getting ghosted. keep failing. eventually your brain will get fed up, and you'll naturally change the way you approach things. you kind of get to the point where it's like "okay, this isn't working and i'm tired of it not working." then you shift gears, and you learn and get better. my text game is where it is because i've said and done the wrong thing so many times that i don't do it anymore also a lot of anxiety can be relieved by eating better. cut out stuff that fuels it (caffeine, frie…

jump on headspace and repeat it daily without any expectation. don't try to get better at it. just do it every day, habitually. eventually you'll condition your mind to bring yourself back to the present moment more often. i do this naturally now and can catch myself spacing out and am able to observe my thoughts more without getting completely lost in them. also make sure you aren't eating any foods that cause brain fog. meditation does nothing unless you eat healthier
