Mostly true, but some parts of the "inactivated" X might be expressed. It's a minority, no idea if it's more or less than a full (smaller) Y chromosome. So I'm not sure there's more or less gene expression between men than in women, it's not an easy subject either (you'd have to go into genetics, statistics, histology...).

Built like a fridge. To be fair : she isn't trying to lie in the first pic, just showing what's to her advantage. That's why you should always need a full body pictures (and hope it's real and recent).

Sexual harassment is groping her tits + privilege, it can't come from a person of color /s

Why would I want to pay such a high price for a used car? You can get a lot of use out of many used cars with good maintenance. Whereas there's no coming back from hitting the wall for a woman.

In teaching jobs (at least in Europe) most places have rules saying you can't be alone with a student behind a closed door. Like if only one person shows up to a class you've gotta cancel. Or if you're seeing someone in your office, the door must be open. Of course it doesn't apply to nurses and such. But that rule has been here for a long time and it's a good thing overall.

So let's say I did nothing and the police come out of the blue say "You are arrested!" For example they confuse me with a burglar. What can I do? What are my options if I have a flight I need to urgently catch? Basically nothing. Most developed countries have laws that remove your right to self defense against a police officer. You're supposed to comply and argue your case later. Running away at the sight of cops can often be used as cause to arrest you. Although there was precedent in the USA (…

I think americans enforce it more strongly than most other (non muslim) places. But lots of countries have rules about drinking alcohol in public places (even if you're not visibly inebriated). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_open-container_laws

Don't some states enforce open container laws more strongly than others? Especially in touristic places.

I'm guessing it's more about superstitions about blood types. There's a whole thing about it, kind of like astrology (your blood type would influence your personality). It's all bullshit, but it's semi popular in some places (mostly east asia).

My guess : there are superstitions about people's personality traits based on their blood types. It's pretty much the same shtick as astrology. And she mentions "no Leo" so she's into astrology. Makes sense she's into other similarly retarded things.

Sadly I think she might get a lenient verdict. But I think she's expecting even more leeway than society will give her. If she feared consequences, this attempted murder wouldn't have happened. That's where we are : the way societes gives a pass to women means men die for it.

Except in that case it's two people who rely on their image to make a living, and who can hire a shitload of lawyers to start shit with each other. It's going to be magnificent (better than when leftists leave mean tweets at each other).

Doesn't seem super child safe either (I'm against having kids, but I think if you have some you should strive to keep them unmutilated for as long as possible).

In Western Europe I know for sure France and Germany have laws that make it mandatory to help. Some people (especially in the USA) have the wrong impression about the definition of "help" in that context. It mostly means if you see someone in distress, you need to warn the appropriate people (lifeguard/police/fire department...). You have no obligation to succeed, or risk yourself to do it, but if for instance you have a working phone and don't call the fire department if you see a house burning…

but what the hell kinda judge was on this case? Maybe something about the agency exagerating the results customers could expect in their advertising? Businesses have to walk a thin line on those issues, especially when you sell something that is hard to quantify objectively.

I'm ok with people wanting to remove stigma from diseases (if only because it makes people more likely to seek diagnosis and treatment). But there's a world of difference between that and being actually proud of catching something.

I don't have an English version of that article : https://www.ladepeche.fr/article/2012/06/19/1381538-femmes-gendarmes-tuees-dans-le-var-un-colosse-que-l-alcool-rend-fou.html Worst part is that Gendarmerie is far from SJW bullshit (historically French armed forces and law enforcement have had lower height and strength requirement for women, but not by much, plus gendarmes have good training with their guns, compared to other LEOs outside special units).

There was a case in France where two armed and trained female Gendarmes (law enforcement officers who are also part of the military) got killed by one unarmed man. He disarmed one of them and shot them both.

On my social media, I saw the same women who complain about things like men dating younger women (like dudes in their 30s dating women in their 20s) and calling it "predatory", defend the Macron couple for any reason they could make up. Not just the radfems. I haven't seen one woman yet speaking up against it.

So much bending over backwards to justify it, saying that it's a special scenario because he's such a smart man, etc. etc. I'm French and all the local "feminists" decided that anyone speaking against the way Macron and his wife got together is an "anti-feminist". 15 is legal here, but not when there's a relationship of authority (so no family members, no doctors, no teachers...).

Feminists got super pissed at that one. In France we also had a law allowing women who raised their children to retire earlier. European Union said it had to apply to men. So the government had to make it possible for couples to choose how to split the time between both parents (I think you could do everything for one parent, or 50/50, maybe other kinds of splits). Which they implemented reluctantly, with a few other automatic dick moves for men (if you don't declare otherwise, the mother automa…
