Last week I was disappointed I applied for a company called WhiteHat Jr. It was called a diversity hiring campaign and only girls were allowed to sit for the interview. Strictly no males. It payed 2X minimum wage and came with all benifits of a fortune 500 company. Sucks to be a Young skilled male in India.

In my experience they learn it when their SMV starts growing rapidly, its like a superpower to them. I know because I had many girls who were close friends I used to play and travel with since childhood leave or ignore me after puberty hit them. Im not chad maybe im a 6/10 but that doesn't mean you abandon friends at least guys didn't abandon me.
