In my understanding the charges are set up before trial but you can't do murder 1, 2, and manslaughter because those are all "murder" and you can't be tried with "the same crime on the same person" kind of thing. I don't know if it qualifies as a true "double jeopardy" type of thing...I think that one is more precise as you can't be tried for the same exact crime twice once found guilty. the word "murder" carries a much heavier weight than "manslaughter". And it requires proof beyond a reasonable doubt. Manslaughter is used when someone is killed but there is a possibility of an accident. Murder requires the intent of killing rather than any form of accident. Saves money on a trial and gets it off the books. They had manslaughter easily and offered up a middle ish ground that she didn't take but after 9 lawyers it seems pointless anyway.

The college comparison, schooling, and parenting all have something in common. Why waste my time at school to get a degree with debt when I can work a trade? I think it's 2 years and that's not a bad time frame in terms of education, life experience, and maturity. I mean kids in high school might be confused on love and all that based on maturity, but 17 and a 22 year old is bordering creepy. That being said there are people who lie about age and such and it gets into a nasty spot, but if people stick to that 2 year gap (at least until your well into/out of college and go with older people) then people would probably find it works out for the best.

Like that dude said, it's a semantics argument. And 15 is not surprising when there are quiet a few countries where the age of consent is 16 and not 18 like the US. Your now in the argument of 17 vs 18 blah blah blah. But by definition of pedo, they are correct. It's all wishy washy when you get into those types of disagreements so close to being a problem.

I need to get an MRI but was told if its fusion I will be out of work for 6 weeks. I cannot afford it yet so I got little things to help. Got an orthopedic pillow, changed how I sleep and how I lift/do house work. Worked with a buddy who does physical therapy so I can stretch and exercise without damage. Now I just need to exercise lol. I had recommendations for chiropractors but not a physiotherapist. I will look that up and see if I can get some recommendations.

If I remember the physiology correctly, women have higher endurance for certain tasks. That does not equate to pain tolerance, but for some reason I still get women who tell me that is the case. I can say I have had both instances. There was a time where I acted poorly and consistently made an issue where there was not one. Young people can make mistakes and we have all been there, done that. There was another time where she actually was a crazy ex. Turned out to be medical as she had thyroid cancer and huge emotional swings.
